the stadium is wonderful, huge, and the tour is very well organized. The museum is also outstanding and well organized; I absolutely recommend them

The stadium as a whole and the Eusabio statue were impressive. We saw the Eagle having her daily fly around the inside of the ground.

Wasn't ideal to have to print the emailed ticket beforehand. Nevertheless only a small queue for the stadium tour for our tickets and free scarf. The tour guide was very informative. Only issue was he spoke in Portuguese first and then English. Whilst speaking in English the Portuguese tourists in our group were constantly talking over the guide so we couldn't hear him. The tour was good. Didn't visit some areas that I have at other European stadiums such as home dressing room and being allowed to sit in the manager's chair on the pitch. The museum was good. Plenty to see and read over several floors.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The club tour was fantastic, well organised and memorable. We particularly enjoyed the museum, the museum was amazing, especially the celebration of a range of sports and sporting heroes. I personally loved the trophies that were pieces of art, the poetry, the history timeline and the range of presentation techniques of the information and activities. Whoever designed the museum has created a remarkable attraction and could certainly inspire nations across the world. I wouldn't particularly describe myself as a sport enthusiast, but I couldn't recommend this experience enough. The only downfall was the cost of the photos produced by the marketing and engagement team, they were well overpriced for what they were and there is a huge amount of wastage produced for those that don't end up buying the products. The cost of the products should be revisited to improve sales and consumer buy-in and reduce waste.

Ticketing experience with Headout was perfect. Only comment is while what is discussed is "tickets" we get of course a page confirmation which can be confusing. The only negative aspects were right at the beginning on the check in gate. Quite a long wait as the check in process is part manual and part machine. Even the attendee is taking photos of the print out. So this process should be best automatic print out with ie bar codes or similar which can be immediately read by the automated system. Tickets are being printed case by case and hand carried to the reception to then be fed into the automated machines by the customers. Suggestion will be headout prints the mechanism (bar codes) to be read by the machines. Once we came into the walking sequence to see the stadium we found the process very easy, friendly and enjoyable. We loved to see the stadium and the amazing Eagles were on display. We finished with lunch in your restaurant which was a great surprise top class food and presentation and friendly service. Unfortunately, at check in we saw Benfica scarfs being given to customers but then they ran out so our nephew missed out.

A very warm welcome at the Benfica stadium. For Sintra, we had a setback: due to a car accident, we were unable to arrive at the scheduled time. We called, but the receptionist told us that it was no longer possible to postpone the visit. We went to reception anyway, and the friendly manager agreed to let us in.

Excellent value for money, we all enjoyed the freedom to tour the stadium at our own pace. The stadium is marked out so that you know which way to go and what are you are at. You also get to wear a VR headset and experience a virtual full stadium as the team walk out and score. We were shocked at the history available in the museum. The amount of trophies on display was amazing.

We really enjoyed the tour of the stadium, the stadium guide went to great lengths to explain everything. However, you have to be able to understand and speak at least English, it's a bit difficult for pure German speakers. But I was there with my grandson, so it wasn't a problem for me. The visit to the museum was also very interesting, so we were very satisfied and can only recommend the visit to anyone interested in sports.

I loved the activity because the tour allows you to have as much time as you want to take pictures, observe, and visit the site with no rush. It is also quite modern and the people who were giving the information were nice. I am always visiting football stadiums and this is a great one. :)

The tour was very well organized, you always had a contact person at the various stops and you could visit everything (except the home cabin). A highly recommended tour!

The tour is pretty complete and it's fun to feel the place from every angles. As a father who don't have a great interest for football, the visit succeed to catch my interest. The VR experience could be fine tuned, a lot of people struggled with there headset. The photo session felt a little forced, personality I'm not interested in the kind of souvenirs, and I was sad to see the waste of paper. However the team scarf is a great inclusion to the family ticket. Overall a very pleasant visit.

well organised, plenty of time to visit the football stadium and take photos. Beautiful videos about Benfica. Nice that we were allowed into the dressing room, even though it was the visitors' and not Benfica's. Everythning was very clean. negative point: Pity to see the eagles in such a small indoor cage. Our son was looking forward to kicking penalties, but we couldn't.

The guide gave very little information of the stadium or Benfica during the tour, it was mainly just a walk around. Also would be better to have separate tours in English and Portuguese.

We had multiple tours that we were on in Lisbon. This is for sure the one of the best ones (If not the best) we were on. If you are intrested in soccer and want to see the stadium I HIGHLY recommend this experience and even if you're not too into soccer, it is still very interesting and you can learn a lot from- VR Game Experiences, Walk around the stadium, Player lockers and jerseys, while also getting 3D models of the stadium and learning the history of the older stadiums that were torn apart (their capacity, which big games were played there and so much more.) While also being able to go ON THE FIELD! This is the experience for you and a very fun and exciting moment for you and your family. For 28€ this is one of the most worth and longest tour for the price. (28€ for 2 Adults and 2 Children + 1 FREE scarf and 1 Magnet for free after the tour)HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS!

Der Besuch dieses Stadions ist ein "Muss", wenn man als Fußball-Fan in Lissabon ist. Die Führung in Englisch war sehr gut verständlich und für Fragen hatte unsere Guide immer ein offenes Ohr. Fazit: ein sehr schönes Stadion und man konnte fast alles anschauen und durften sogar auf den Rasen (es war noch der alte der letzten Season). Es war echt cool.

Very well organized! I have a degree in marketing and I do guided tours of the stadium of my club Velez Sarsfield in Argentina (where Otamendi and Prestiani came from). I would only add that you can sit in the locker room to take a picture. If you found some black sunglasses they are mine hehe.
