St. George Castle Tickets with Audio Guide

The rooms were gorgeous, as is the electric exterior. The audio didn't work. The line at the entry front was chaotic, very crowed in beginning of tour & when there were route options it thinned out. Loved the hung room, and terraces & views of courtyard. We hiked up from the train station, a clear route marker along the way would be helpful. We walked to the old fort after castle.

straight forward to order the tickets on line slightly complicated to download the audio tour as you need to get an app but one downloaded great . great views and tour

The castle is great. Indoor part has a most areas accessible. You can go to the towers also and climb the outer wall. Outside the Lisbon view is great too. There is a place where every 20 min there is a panoramic view shown of the city don't for get to do that. We didn't know till we saw a line up

Excellent day at the Castle! An impressive work. I consider that it should have more explanatory posters of each area of the castle.

Guys at the gate were just rude when I had trouble opening my online ticket on my phone. Once in, it was a magnificent structure. I am clarivoyant and it was initially to not see and hear the patrons of the past attempting to gain my attention. They soon settled down and I could focus on the architectureal beauty of the structure.

Nice quiet morning due to some sort of staff strike meant people who did not have electronic tickets struggled to get in and we waltzed right in in. - not very well run in my opinion

I couldn't get a normal ticket, it was full?? But at the same time i could get a more expensive ticket with audio, strange. So it wasn't full Why?? I didn't want audio and didn't use it. It ssems to be a mthod to sell more expensive tickets But the castle was really beautiful.

The ticket office manager let us through, so I don't know if the problem was with the ticket or with the verification system itself. That said, my ticket didn't have the right name (a Greek name, but I'm French!).

Booking the tickets was very easy and everything was digital. Access was very easy and the castle, at least what's left of it, is wonderful. You can let your imagination reconstruct everything and live back in those days.

Paid too much for ticket through this site. Expected an audio guide but was not able to access guide. Turns out it should be free with tickets bought at gate if it was accessible. Recommend just buying ticket at gate.

Loved the castle. Only suggestion....make it known that ticket holders can skip the long line and go directly to the left and enter under the arch

Lisbon is really beautiful and it was great to be able to climb up to the Castle to be able to see much of the city below. The Castle itself was fascinating and was very well maintained.

When I arrived at the castle there was a very long queue. I was able to easilty buy the tickets on headout and avoid the line.
