Private Water Taxi Transfers: Marco Polo Airport to/from Venice City

The ride was excellent and fast. Not cheep, as it cost euro 180 and there were only 2 of us, but it could have taken up to 6 so if you have a group its a no-brainer. Our hotel was back in the winding streets, and it seems they only really pick-up from the grand canal or the docks by the Doges palace. Would easily have been 5 stars if not for the 15 min walk with my luggage.

The waterboat never came to pick us to the station. I had a call 20 min before my departure from the waterboat service support, who told me that "unfortunately, no boats are available" So I've spent 144€ euros on this service...never had a refund or something.
