City Sightseeing: Florence Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

Great, great, and great... Normally, I wouldn't do a tour bus, but my 80 year old mother couldn't do all this walking, so this service served well.

It was a great day, we had lunch, visited the Roman ruins and the museum on the red route in Fiesole. Both are well worth a look. We intended to only spend 1hr there but stayed for over two. It was nice to be out of the hussel and bussel of Firenze for a while. The rest of the tour is also well worth the money even if it's just to get a background of what to see and do. That how we use the HOHO buses

The journey was lovely and seeing Florence from top of a bus was awesome, this is a must.

We were able to see the whole city and all of the sights.

It's always an easy and interesting experience, ideal for discovering a city in a different way, especially with children. It also "saves" their energy for the visits themselves.

The information could be more interesting. There is a lot of wow to tell about Florence and so it seems to me that the audio guide could offer more.

Perfect to take a complete tour of the city, visit places you couldn't reach by car, given the ZTL, respected schedules! Great the with i with discount for Giotto pass! To be repeated

Organization was good! We found the bus ride through the narrow streets a bit tedious. Some of the stops were not well described, except for the huge parking lot. was ok, but not great :)

Very useful to have a general idea of the historical, cultural and general points of interest, touring beautiful landscapes and natural places of Tuscany, when you have only one day to spend in Florence. Ideal

Easy way to get around. Interesting audio information. But the music was much louder than the voice. And we missed a stop because nobody told us how to get off.

Most Hop on Hop off buses I've been on are more informative to the history of the area. I was expecting a bit of a presentation while on the bus. Also, I did find the route confusing between buses. A colored blue and red bus would make it easier to identify the route. The host Anomie was very helpful and answered any questions pertaining to the system. She was so easy going and pleasant.

Nice way to see the city center & then decide what you want to do & where to get off to experience Firenza. Only issue was bus was not running as often as noted. Supposed to be every 20 minutes & we waited at Michelangelo overlook for 1hour 15 minutes before bus arrived. Otherwise info while riding was wonderful.

Very good. Excellent . The only improvement is that you have to clearly state the addresses of the bus stations in the web page.

It is great when you can see the whole city in a few hours with this bus. The bus did stop very long in Fiesole and that should have been communicated a little better, so you can stretch your legs for 20 minutes.

We couldn't do the bus tour because The tickets wouldn't print, I'm waiting for a refund, the problem was the combo. In fact we bought more tickets

A visit to the city of Florence with access to exceptional sites. Frequent and punctual bus stops. To do without hesitation

All the employees were very nice and quite helpful. On the negative side, the A tour didn't take nearly as long as claimed. I know because I did the entire route a number of times. The red line was OK. but part of the claimed two hours of tour time (30 minutes) was spent sitting at one stop. If you're going to do that. You might as well direct tourists to a restroom and make that 30 somewhere interesting. Also, very puzzled why the tour starts at stop #6. Your website needs to give locations of each stop so you could be found. We bought tickets online but had to Uber to the rail station to the main office to ask where the stop was.

We got send an old map, so we waited at the wrong place and some spots were not signed. The attachement to the headphones sometimes didn't work. And the guide told us different and wrong informations about the other bus tour.
