Sadly, the Florence half marathon was scheduled for the first day of our 48hr ticket, which meant we lost 1/4 of the time we could have used on the tour. The staff were at the stops to advise us, so kudos to them for being brave enough to stand and explain it. Otherwise, all good.

I would prefer to tell you what I didn't like. But I guess your reply mask doesn't provide for that? Never mind: the frequency of the buses is far too long. Due to the long waiting times, Florence cannot be visited optimally with your buses.

I thought the audio guide would mention more interesting facts about the city. The frequency is not good in Frebruary. The timetable was confusing. The bus stopped at Fiesole and remained stopped for ~20 min. It would've been nice for someone to announce this so that we could get off the bus without fear of being stranded for 120min until the next bus.

There was a marachon on the day we booked, which meant the service did not start running until 1PM. this was not mentioned when booking or on there own website that the service would be affected and not running. we did not find out it was not running until we arrived for the fist bus at 9:30am. very disappointed.

Organization was good! We found the bus ride through the narrow streets a bit tedious. Some of the stops were not well described, except for the huge parking lot.
