Albertina can't we visit? I want a refund of 35.8 EUR
One of us spent 159 euros and two people spent a total of 318 EUR. Using the QR code on your company's Headout app, we were unable to enter the tour. In order to rush for time, we had to buy tickets by ourselves. Your company must refund my ticket purchase fee, which totaled 35.8 EUR
