Hi-Tea Buffet at ARAS 360 Revolving Restaurant in KL Tower with Free Observation Deck Access

I had a better experience before but this time is average. Because it is very packed with people and the lift was so packed that it was so difficult to get a lift down. Food was average too. Photographs were dark. We were given a small slice of cake too since it was my mom's bday.

Wonderful and seamless process..stunning views from 280m and great selection of food to go with it. There was however an additional RM 50 charges for window seats.

It was very smooth from arrival and taken up shown to our seats wanted a window seat and we was happy to pay the extra 50 ringgit weather was lovely and food was lovely plenty to choose from

Great choice of foods, very nice environment and very friendly staff. Just 1 little thing that stop me to give you 5 stars. I booked the ticket 2 days before but when I went to the desk to collect my ticket, I was told by the staff that I wasn't in the list. Some time wasted there. Over all, we were happy with the trip.

That was a great experience. The buffet was tasty and offer lots of choice. Staff friendly and professionnal. The view from the restaurant was amazing. We will do it again someday. Thanks a lot.

The food and staff was good upon my arrival at the restaurant. The only issue is long waiting for the ticket redemption for online booking. Perhap, the management could open more counter a during peak hours. Other than that, it was good dine-in for my guest and me. Thanks a lot.

The food at Aras 360 was fantastic definitely one of the highlights of my visit. Unfortunately, the ticketing process needs a lot of improvement. I booked my ticket online, thinking it would save time, but I still had to queue at the counter for 35 minutes to redeem a physical voucher. This inefficiency was frustrating, and even foreign tourists were questioning the point of online ticketing. I hope Aras 360 updates their system soon because the overall dining experience was wonderful

There is limit time for the buffet. But the entry is same with other just go for observation deck. Need to que together with other that go for visit limiting time to enjoy the buffet. Food is ok. View is stunning.

I bought the tickets from head out. Little that I know that the ticket only issued after one day later. I was quite stressed. the phone no is located in NY. nevertheless, I m glad that the tickets came in. The website is after all legit one.

Of course varety of delicious dishes. Ticketing experience was also great as the patrons for ARAS used different Q line from the other visitors. The waiting time to descend the tower from the obseravtory deck needs to be improved.

The booking through Headout was a breeze. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at Aras Restaurant with a good spread of food, plus KL view was indeed breathtaking from up there.

I 5hink the e-tickets should have come with the confirmation email rather than having to download onother app. All on all a great experience, thankyou

Generally smooth but a slight and insignificant hitch when I requested a member who came earlier to claim the ticket by sending an image of my booking through WA. Apparently it was rejected 7ntil I arrived to show the actual booking details

Ambience was good, can see 360° KL without walking around the Tower. Eating while enjoying the view. Food was nothing fantastic. Server was friendly and helpful.

We did expect a high tea in KL tower, instead a late buffet lunch. We are OK with it.
