A very good way of seeing a part of Tokyo. A bit expensive and the seats are very small for a westerner. However, would recommend.

Ticketing was very easy. We just looked on Google Maps hop on off stations. Then we went at the nearest one, look for the sign with schwduale, wait for the bus and activate the reservation. Very organized and on time. Tokio is huge so it was perfect to do the 3 lines all day long with the hearing guide in order to get a general View for the First day visit.

Great experience! Was a little nervous on timing based on other reviews, but I thought the time offered to visit the different stops was perfect. I mapped out where I wanted to get off the bus, and was able to complete all three lines in one day, with several stops. The assistants who helped announce the stops and check the tickets were super helpful, making sure everyone knew the next bus time, where to get off, etc. Would highly recommend, especially if you're trying to see a lot on a time crunch. Commentary was good and perfect English!

Bus schedule was too infrequent. I would advise everyone to check the schedule closely before buying. The audio narration was really not very well done compared with other cities we have visited.

We got off at one stop but the guide didn't tell us the park was closed, and while she did say the next bus wouldn't stop, if we had known the park was closed we would not have jumped off.

Possibility to see a large chunk of the city in 1 day. However, buses were full and getting off meant a good chance of missing the next bus due to no available free seats

Once we found the pick up place the experience was great. Really frustrating finding the pick place at Shinjuku. Every info booth had no clue what hop on hop off bus were. I was beginning to think I got scammed!!!

Perfectly good. Well organized. One improvement, always have a speaker from the actual country do the recording. A Japanese person speaking English is very difficult to understand as was used on the red line. Be sure the music is quieter than the speaker while the speaker is not speaking, keep it background. And always turn off the music while the speaker is talking

We were tired in Tokyo after a 5 day hike and jumping on the busses gave us a great easy way to get an overview of Tokyo. Fabulous

The options for changing between tours are somewhat limited due to longer waiting times. It is worth taking a look at the Tokyo Station directions beforehand

We only went on 2 Lines. There was not much audio on the red line and not much to see unless you got off the bus to see something. Felt like it was a waste of time. However, the Green Line had great audio... way more commentary than the red line... very well put together.... enjoyed it very much! The vouchers were very easy to use and no problem getting on the bus!

We loved this so much even though it rained a little. We got to see parts of Tokyo we may not have seen otherwise. We decided to see how many people we could get to wave back at us waving to the from the bus. We lost count pretty quickly because the Japanese people are so friendly and we very quickly waving and laughing with us.

We enjoyed doing the Green & Red Line. We actually didn't get off, but now we know where we want to revisit. Great thing to do at the beginning of your stay in Japan.

I loved how well-marked the stops are and that the bus attendants are phenomenally friendly, direct, and organized. The buses are clean, the seats comfortable but it would be nice if the windows were cleaner since they don't allow you to reach your hands up to take photos (you can hit tree branches, overpasses, etc. It's a safety thing). I did all 3 routes on the 1 day pass and was on a different type of bus each time, I thought it was unusual. One had a clear ceiling and it would have been nice if it were cleaner so all that dinginess wasn't in the photos. The free wifi worked on 2 of the 3 buses. Overall, I enjoyed the Blue course the best, especially the last route after sunset. Seeing the Tokyo Tower at night was far more impressive than seeing it on the Red course earlier in the day. Tokyo Bay and Rainbow Bridge were also beautiful but hard to photograph because of our speed. If possible, they should improve the Blue route by finding a way to allow riders to get better bridge photos, add the Sky Tree and also some other areas with interesting lights at night. The Blue route seemed very short.

The buses are not frequent enough and they mostly do not stop close to the places of interest. Nevertheless, some routs finish too early.

The staff on the bus are very friendly and customer-oriented. The seating arrangement is very cramped and the surface material of the seats is in no way permeable to air, you get very wet or sweaty very quickly at this temperature.

All the 3 routes were very interesting and a great way to see Tokyo because I tended to get around by subway where the views aren't so good!

Efficeint and quick. The buses were on time, extremely punctual. The leaders were helpful and friendly. We covered a large and varied area of Tokoyo, incorporating as many tourists spots as possible.
