Entry Ticket to Villa Necchi Campiglio with Audio Guide

The design and architecture of the place is impressive and the audio-guide is helpful an easy to use as long as you have internet and your own headphones. Although I recommend booking the ticket on the official website, the audio-guide is available to everyone by scanning a QR-code on premise, no need to overpay here.

Nicely designed house. Plenty of volunteers to ask questions.

We could not enter the castle museums because they had access problems with the electricity and it was closed. I have requested reimbursement for the Castle part and have not received any response yet. If I don't get my money back, I will not buy again at Headout, as they don't serve you as the customers deserve.

Such a beautiful place to visit. The audio guide was interesting and explained so many details about the property, furniture and the people that lived there. I would have appreciated wifi being available for that. Staff very friendly .

The place itself is grandiose, and still so full of the life of its last occupants.

This villa is a must see. We went in the morning to avoid crowds. The space is incredible and the audio guided tour is very informative as you move throughout the rooms.

I liked the ease with making the reservation on-line. However, it took me a couple of times to finally pay and get a confirmation email. Also, the email ticket did not come with a QR code. Upon entry the personnel could not scan my ticket and directed me back to the bookshop to check and approve it for entry.

I loved the autonomy of using the audio guides and some of the explanations. However, some recordings could be shortened and the PDF interface could be replaced by a more friendly way 9f allowing visitors to tick the rooms. The PDF sometimes went lost and I had to scan the Qr code a few times. The villa is beautifully kept and the volunteer guides are very friendly, informative and truly enthusiastic.

Villa Necchi Campiglio è meravigliosa, gli addetti del FAI molto gentili e disponibili a fornire spiegazioni. Suggerisco di inserire i QR code in ogni stanza: il mio IPhone perdeva la connessione dopo pochi minuti, così è stato impossibile utilizzare l'audioguida in tutti gli ambienti non adiacenti all'ingresso della villa.

Semplice la prenotazione e l'esperienza ha superato le aspettative: villa Necchi bellissima e la grande disponibilità delle guide del FAI ha arricchito l'esperienza.
