Easy to do and I liked that the bus changed to and from red and blue tour at the junction point. This saved getting of there if you didn't want to. I wasn't so impressdc with the end time. This meant I had to leave the mueseum an hour before it closed so I had time to get back to the centre, surely you could extend the service an hour so visitors could remain at difreent attractions until they closed?

Buses run frequently so didn't have to worry about getting back to the shop place that was on the route were interesting especially the war museum

The tour was fine, a good way to see varied parts of Auckland. What we didn't like was that there was not one downtown departure point for each tour; it was annoying to have to redo part of the tour of one colour in order to get back to the starting place of the other tour.

Ease of booking online and securing tickets at any stop. The stops all had interesting sights to be seen and experienced.

The number of really good places it stopped. We had pre-purchased tickets and printed them with codes which were accepted at the bus door. YOU NEED AN APP THAT TRACKS WHERE THE BUSSES ARE AND HOW FAR AWAY. We were at the war memorial waiting for a BLUE bus. Spoke to the handler there and he took a long time to tell us 15 minutes for the next blue bus. Took WAY longer than that AND 3 red busses came through in the meantime. Annoying.

Very easy to book online. Very easy to use the service. Friendly staff. Recommend this way if seeing a good portion of Auckland. Lots of good information given.

The original bus broke down but the driver was wonderful in requesting a replacement bus and, most importantly, kept us informed of progress but it did mean that we spent time standing at the side of the road rather than at some of the destinations.

Great way to get around to the major sites in Auckland. The only downside is that with a large ship in the harbor, it seemed as if everyone from the ship was utilizing your service. There were a couple of times that the bus we'd intended to ride was completely filled, and then one other time we actually had to walk back to our hotel because a bus was filled to capacity and the next bus hadn't arrived for at least a half hour. It felt more like hop off and stay there....

Easy transport to many sites I understand I uneconomical to have live guides but sure do enjoy them when they are onboard as I have experienced in other hop on hop off The ticketing process on Customs street was awkward at best

The commentary is very limited, wifi wasnt working on the bus and services not frequent enough. Over summer first bus on extended route need to be 8:30am and last bus need to be about 6pm to give users enough time to explore each stop especially if wanting to hie at mount Eden or visit the zoo.

It's a great way to get to know a new city with a hop-on hop-off bus. Although there were no headphones and everything was spoken exclusively in English, it was easy to understand both above (without a roof) and below. In addition to the sights, we were told a lot about the special features, development and preservation of New Zealand's culture and nature. It was well worth it!

There were 2 cruise ships that arrived that day and the line was extremely long. We had to wait for multiple buses at a couple of the stops and it took a lot longer than anticipated. We didn't get to see all the sights we had wanted to see.

Ticketing experience straightforward and easy to use. Loved the whole tour, wished we had longer to do all of the stops. Loved Parnell village and the zoo. Loved the commentary, drivers were excellent and helpful. Buses were clean and cool. Only one comment- could the zoo drop off not be in the zoo? They have a bus drop off point there.

Easy to book tickets online - rep at first stop then generated copy for rest of trip. Easy to follow route map and plenty of opportunities to hop on & off. Informative commentary at all access points and great view from top deck - both open top & conventional buses. All ticket reps & drivers super friendly & helpful - would ride again!!

All good except cathedral was not open which meant a long walk to the next stop. Also wish I had known about the free red route bus so we could have planned our trip so we had more time

Easy to manage once we figure out what the signs look like and made it fun to get around town and we didn't have much time to see all of the sites Buses were great

Eden park was closed for tourists, as they were preparing for a cricket event, and the cathedral in Parnell also closed, the audio commentary suggested that they were both open. No access to the venue as opposed to limited access. Other than that great experience. Thank you.

The tour was a nice way to see and explore Auckland in a short period of time. We moved downstairs and found the audio was very poor we couldn't hear as clearly as we did on the upper deck. I felt the audio was some times ahead of the location so we couldn't link the location (building) to what was being said at the time.

The experience was what I expected. The ticketing was easy to purchase online however my daily was suck on the day so I was unable to get a refund for her ticket. Lesson learnt I will not pre purchase tickets in the future when you can grab them nearby.
