From Lisbon: Sintra, Quinta da Regaleira and Pena Palace Guided Tour

Billet acheté pour le Palais national de Pena et son parc ainsi que regaleira. Au départ : le point de rencontre donné sur le site n'était pas le bon, "numéro de guide" pas indiqué (mais notre guide Hugo était génial !!!) Le problème majeur a été qu'on n'avait pas de places pour visiter l'intérieur du palais de Pena. On venait à sintra pour ça principalement et on avait payé notre place qui indiquait bel et bien que c'était compris dans le prix !!! Nous demandons un remboursement svp

I would like to request the link for the above mentioned request. https://book.penapalacetickets.com/book/11899/select/?date=2023-07-26 Please, notice that during the trip the guide requested an extra 14 euros per person in cash to pay for the Pena palace entry ticket. I would like to request a receipt for the already paid ticket for Pena palace entry.

Headout and the Local guide did not communicate the pick up point location change to me so I never got picked up. I only got the location change email about an hour after the designated time. And am having a HORRIBLE time getting a refund as this whole thing was not my error.
