Carnival Magic Tickets with Dinner and Optional Transfers

If you are a big kid at heart or just a kid, this is the most amazing adventure. To me it was like walking around willy wonka's work shop. The colours are just radiant. The light display was magical. Would recommend to every one. The staff could not of made this tour more enjoyable.

The vibrant colorfulness is unforgettable. It is True pleasure to the eyes. The buffet's quality is awesome so are the items in the buffet.

The tour started late and we were waiting at our hotel lobby for about 40-50 minutes until pickup. We were not advised of the pickup time prior and we had to ask our hotel to contact Headout for the pickup time the day before. Pickup time was set for 5:30pm, which is when the venue opens. It would be good to have a pickup time that is before the venue opens. The transfer back to the hotel was set for 10pm. The Kingdom of Lights is open from 9:30pm-10:30pm which did not give enough time to see it properly. We had to rush through to make it back for 10pm transfer to hotel. I suggest making a 10:45pm transfer back to hotels to give customers the time to see the Kingdom of Lights properly.

It might be better to have informed beforehand that the transportation is only 1 schedule and can't be rescheduled. I wasn't able to use the pick up even if it was part of the package as I already had plans that day. I was only informed the during the day that this is the schedule for pick up and can't be rescheduled. After that I don't have any problems with the tickets. It was easy after that. The visuals are amazing as well but it might be better if it was explained more so we feel connected to it

The whole theme park environment was impressive. From the floats and costumes at the show, the dinner with its diverse all you can eat offers, the lights park, even the bathrooms. It really was amazingly put together. It was entertaining and fun and not just for the young but young at heart!
