It was a great experience. In my opinion people can just go there to see and understand the history and culture of Thailand. The tickets we bought online were much cheaper than at the cashier there and we got fast access. You can buy there bikes to go around which I really recommend, the traditional bikes are 100 bath (if I remember correct) the whole day while the e-bikes are charged per hour.

This was my favourite attraction in Bangkok. Its also away from the extremeky busy towncenter. Theres no metro link to here though so make sure to have Grab installed on your app for booking a cab. With headout we got two tickets for the price of one! So worth it.

The Ancient City is huge and incredibly beautiful (rent a bike or golf cart, you will need it), it's a great place to enjoy all the beautiful structures surrounded by a very peaceful ambient! The only note: give the elephants to an elephant sanctuary, they looked well treated but there's no need for them to be there in a not really large space, the structures and the entire place are beautiful enough.
The Erawan Museum is stunning! Visit and admire the main building, it is gourgeous, but don't forget to explore the garden and the whole space, it is full of wonderful peaceful corners, waterfalls and places to just enjoy the scenery. The security guard in the main building was wonderful, he noticed we were having trouble taking some photos and stepped up to help us take some photos that were honestly of the quality of a professional photoshoot! Thank you so much!
Regarding Headout, we are very grateful to have found this tickets they were half the price the tickets at the door and we were able to buy them while on our way to Ancient City, by the time we arrived we already had the tickets in our email. We had no issues so it was a wonderful experience!

The Ancient City is such a labor of love. The workers continue to grow and build it and the project in and of itself is quite miraculous as the owner (now deceased) originally had the intention to build a golf course and instead left the legacy of a magical space. Yes it's hot. Yes it's big. And yea it's a bit touristy. But you know what? There are also monks lodging there, some of the temples are holy sites, and the space is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. I loved it, so much I've visited twice. The place is big enough that you can see something different every time. I recommend going under the temples too, don't just do drive bys and call it a day. Walk around (past your golf cart), amble, explore, appreciate the small details that one dream and thousands of people continue to build. I recommend exploring in a small group away from the crowds so you get more of the magic experience. It's worth it. Bring water, sunscreen, and cash to buy cold drinks and popsicles--you will need it in the heat! Happy adventuring!

Muang Boran is an excellent mini version of Thailand. The exhibits were all very well made and maintained. A pleasant drive around the park at our own pace, no hassles, no rush. Well done to the current staff and to the founders for their vision. I also had an excellent Phat Krapao at the end of our exploring!

beautiful place, it was nice, smooth experice, one thing i'd like to add is people with online tickets are allowed to take their personal car inside without extra fees and don't need to rent a golf buggy or pay car fees.

Thanks to an electric bike that I could share with my son for 3 hrs at 250 Thai baht, it was so much fun even it was a hot sunny day in that immense park. There are also lots of kiosks that sell souvenirs and drinks and some traditional easy meals at very cheap prices both inside and outside the park's entry.

It was marvellous seeing all the exhibits. I loved that I could cycle around and see what I wanted to see, without having to rely on anyone else. Such a fun experience and will recommend it to anyone I know who is coming to Bangkok. Easy to get to and the free transport from the main road to the entrance was greatly appreciated.

On this trip our guide was perfect. From the begining we get advices how to get to the meeting point , than a lot of information about Thai culture and at the end also help with travel back. At it self everything was organized really good, guide speaks understandable. We always felt carried.

Ancient City - impressive on a grand scale. Demonstrates Thai culture - an indication of the pride Thai people have for their traditions

I really do NOT like the elephants there! This is not okay. Holding them as slaves for riding - shocking! I will NOT recommend you because of this. Stop it!

The small lady taking care of the elephants told only me not to take photos. She saw others (Asians) taking photos but only told me not to take any. Quite rude and rather agressive too..
Left me wondering if she is racist and that was the worst experience in the Ancient City. The rest was pretty awesome.

I would recommend your web to recommend which types of tickets is better for international
tourist as they are unclear which more appropriate to them.
