Temporary exhibitoin of Post impressionists was amazing! Children museum is very well organized and fully appreciated by my son

We specially came to YAS Island to witness the Warner bros theme park and enjoyed it alot and the best rides were Batman ride and Fast and Furious , scarecrow and many more . I didn't miss single one and enjoyed to the fullest. And the best part was shuttle service which picked us up from Dubai and dropped back. It was such an amazing experience coming there 😊

I had issues when I tried to download the tickets from the website. The downloaded file were corrupted and not readable pdf files. I tried on IOS and Android mobile phones without success. Fortunatly our bookings were recorded and we were able to get them from the desk.

It was easy to pay for my tickets online. The problem came after as they were not sent to me for an hour. I had to contact live chat to get them sent as we were planning to go that day.

I was a little worried when I realized I purchased tickets through an agency and not the museum directly. But the tickets arriving my email inbox quickly. There was no line to skip. Everything went smoothly!

Warner bros was amazing. The only downfall was the free shuttle. The description on where to take the shuttle was not accurate. We had to ask people for directions. The bus driver could not speak English when we were coming back from Abu Dhabi he wanted a confirmation letter not the ticket he refused to allow us on the bus. After some arguing he allowed us on the bus

I was disappointed that took so long to receive my tickets after purchasing them. In other hand, customer support was very efficient to solve the issue when contacted.

All artworks are beautiful. The ambience of the museum is wonderful. I will definitely come back again on winter.
