City Sightseeing: London Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour with Optional Thames River Cruise

found it easy locating the bus .You should have clear information on the app or at booking advising people to come with their own earphones to connect to the audio guide .I had no way to connect and was not offered any earphones .

Purchasing through Headout was simple, easy and quick. My experience on the City Sightseeing: London Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour with Optional Thames River Cruise was the best choice. We used the Hop on Hop off bus to get around and see the main sights of London. The buses passed every 10-15 minutes at the indicated points and there was always a member of staff to help us. Finally, we took a cruise on the River Thames with a spectacular view of the city.

It quite pricey for a day on the bus. The app with bus times did not work and it is not clear until what time the buses run. There are a lot of buses and a lot of info is given.

Getting around for an overview of London was great! A little challenging purchasing ticket but could have been my internet settings on phone.

Easy to book online and easy to find your operatives to redeem the voucher. Great route and timely buses. Easy to find the stops, great commentary and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The route is very comprehensive, the staff are very helpful and patient and the driving through all the traffic etc was spot on. The Thames Cruise was a highlight as it gave you a different perspective of the sights of the city. The commentary on board deleivered by one of the staff was well paced, clear and informative. It definitely added considerable to the experience.

The driver was excellent, driving under difficult conditions. We weren't offered audio on boarding, which made it difficult identifying landmarks, so had to use map to try doing so. The seats are very uncomfortable. Otherwise a nice tour.

Was good but I've been on better tbh. The bus driver wasn't helpful and I feel like he pawned me off when I asked a directions question and he gave us wrong answer which meant we got off at the wrong stop. I wished the bus stops were marked clearer number wise so we knew what stop it was and I wish the audio wasore helpful with that. Otherwise it was great to see London from the top of the bus

it was very hot, the buses ad no air conditioning and were utterly full. The drivers were nice though. We spend around 70 GBP for the red tour and dropped this after 1/2 of the way, since it was just too hot. So maybe it was a lot better on cooler days, but for us it was just OK

Very nice audio tour. Unfortunately couldn't make good use of the ticket as the stops were limited due to transport restrictions.

The stops locations (stop 1 - Green park) was incorrect. City sightseeing no longer stop here. We waited 30 min for bus. No bus. Then move to correct location after checking bus route. You're instructions. Important instructions Please bring a valid photo ID proof for verification. Redemption point • Please redeem this voucher from the bus driver or a member of staff at any of the stops. • You can then board the bus at any designated bus stop. The recommended stops are Green Park Station (Stop 1), London Eye (Stop 11), Victoria (Stop 24) and Tower of London (stop 16). The trip was great, no problems.

Staff were friendly and helpful as signage wasn't always the clearest. Audio quality was good. Personally I would prefer more history and insights than was offered but I imagine the level was fine for most tourists.

Tour well organized and description of monuments excellent. Lots of traffic slowed down the tour considerably, but nothing to do with the organization.

My tour was awesome...but a lot of major communications on head out end. If a company works on the assumption that not everybody KNOWS where a place is..and gives real good directions...its a far better and less frustrating experience for users. Try it!!! You couldn't possibly do a worse job than the lack of directions I got. Good luck

We loved all the historic sites and we didn't need to watch where we were going in the bus. Nice information on the different parts of the city.

I liked being able to hop off and spend time in the various areas on my own schedule. I DID NOT like how hard it was to find the first HOHO bus. I looked for over 45 minutes and asked over 12 people (people who worked in the tourism industry). I was super frustrated. I felt like it could have been avoided if I would have had instructions about where to go or what to look for. The city buses look a lot like the HOHO. A couple of the drivers were ornery.

It was very convenient and simple to avail HOHO services

Easy to buy tickets, access the bus and information at all points. Very good!
