Nice tour of the city.. would have been helpful if the app was up to date and accurate as the first stop was closed due to carnival and the second sop location was not accurate. The street view on the app and location was not correct.
Once we finally found the bus, we had a pleasant trip.

The bus stop at the start was not marked at all, at Santa Catalina, Las Palmas. Had to delay the tour to next day as did not know where to wait and board the sightseeing bus.

You book tickets for the bus online.
You stand for 1 hour until you get on the bus.
When showing the QR code you were instructed to queue at the ticket office to get the vouchers, which then took another 1 hour.
Then we had to stand at the back of the queue again, which took another 1 hour
So the whole procedure took 3 hours in the blazing sun, that's not good at all.
Do something about it.

Busstop are to long. The busses are too close together. 3 busses and they all came in 20 Minutes and then the next came in 50 minutes.

We're made to change buses after just a few stops. We t from a clean modern bus to a knackered one with no working audio. Driver didn't care. Not good.

The bus was full so no chance of swapping seats and there was nothing coming through the earplugs. My wife, next to me, could hear perfectly - I tried many times to adjust the earplugs and push in/ot the connection but nothing. We have had very good experiences on Ho-Ho buses previously

It was all my own fault. I did not manage to go the trip as booked. The reason for this was I was on the wrong Island. I have now discovered that La Palma is not the same as Las Palmas .The cruise ship went to La Palma and then we then discovered the difference as there are no Hop on /off buses in La Palma. Took a local bus to just to ease the pain. It worked.

Not much Information during the Tour. Drivers and Audio Guide sometimes did not communicate which and when the stop is. People were confused. The Busses did not keep the slots of driving every 30 minutes. We had to wait 1 hour, people were crowded due to the delays
