Lisbon Essential Combo: Jerónimos Monastery + Belém Tower + Pena Palace Tickets

Ticketi G was easy and the visits were absolutely great. If nothing else. Visitors have to do these 2 activities 🤩🤩

Easy to use the ticket! Need to line up for 2 hrs in Belém tower under the sun and next to the sea, better to go earlier! The church of Jerónimos Monastery is under renovation, was quite disappointed about that.

I had no problem with the tickets, however, it is not the official website and from the comments I was afraid that I had been scammed. So for your peace of mind do not buy it through this site because you do not save absolutely nothing, on the contrary, it is more expensive.

Beautiful castle. Lines inside were not awful, but we were there by 10:30. Lines to get in as we left about 11:15 were much longer. Enjoyed our visit. Worth the 5 E to take the bus up and down.

The beauty and serenity of the site, with exceptional light that day. We're never disappointed on any visit. And bravo for the wire cutter, which avoids endless queues.

All good except for the ability to load to Apple wallet Because WiFi/cellphone reception was dicey at the point of entry we were concerned about being able access our tickets

The monastery is a unique place for anyone interested in Lisbon's history. Unfortunately, I could not find clear information about which parts were visitable without a ticket and which were not. However, the cost of the ticket (Euro 18, full price) is high for the time of the visit (1-2 hours). I would have expected that it would be possible to buy an integrated ticket with other museums nearby (such as the maritime museum, or the planetarium).

Too many people, and site under construction, little information on arrival, distances, parking and transportation.

Ticketing with Headout was simple and fast. Both Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle are great historic places to visit.

The information about the option of having a paid bus available was only announced on arrival at the site by another visitor. Furthermore, the scheduled time has no influence on prioritizing access to the paid bus. The attendant who checks the ticket said it's not her problem if the bus is late.

This tour of Sintra where I visited Pena and Quinta da Regaleira was very interesting and I really enjoyed using Headout!

I consider that it is not worth entering the castle. The time of the line and the visit can be better used in the historic center of Sintra. To enter in any case you have to queue.

The monastery is sumptuous. What I didn't like was buying my ticket on your site and having to queue much longer than those who bought their ticket on the spot. I guess you favor them because we're captives with our tickets already bought 😉. I confess I've never encountered this situation. Too bad

The visit to the Jerónimos Monastery in Lisbon was great. We went around 16:00 and there was very little queue and it went quite fast. The places to visit are spectacular and at that hour the sunlight is wonderful. The cloister is to stay there for a long time contemplating its beauty, from above and below. The last thing we visited was the church, without a queue... a pity that it was badly covered by restoration, which is also necessary, of course. So we will have to go back.

I didn't have any problems with the ticket I bought from Headout to visit the Jerónimos Monastery and I even got a discount on the ticket. I recommend the platform!

Buying the tickets went smoothly. The only thing confusing was that the ticket said you had to exchange this for a voucher at an exchange point . However , it was just the entrance ticket . Jeronimos was a nice courtyard . I expected to see more of the monastery though . The church was closed because of a mass . That was bad luck but that was more due to our time of going . Two hours later it was open but we did not wait for it.

The site is absolutely magnificent. Allow plenty of time to visit, as it's good to be able to soak up the sights without feeling rushed. It's always nice to be able to stroll around the area too (have a coffee in the small adjoining park, and browse the decorative stores in the vicinity). Not to be missed!

The place is very nice. What I didn't like is the half hour queue despite having purchased tickets and having to enter the tickets one by one on the app since I bought 7.

It was simple to get tickets and the instructions were simple. The Palace was amazing and easy to follow with the crowds.

Once we were in the castle it was good. We could not download or print the tickets. This was very frustrating. We could not download the audio guide as there was no Internet available. I would Not recommend this tour. Very frustrating experience trying downloading just the tickets. Much easier to just buy tickets at the venue.
