We thought that in the Peña Castle we had an audio guide but to our surprise when we went to listen to it we didn't have it. I don't know if it was a mistake but just as we had it in the Regaleira we understood that we also had it in the Peña Castle. Since with the price we paid it should be included.

Great experience! This self guided tour was wonderful! The hiking to the castle of the moors was absolutely brilliant! If you love history, this tour will take you back in time, and at the same time will bring you back to the present in a liminal moment when you look down to present Sintra!

Beautiful place, we did not wait in line. We walked up and down. The view from the castle is incredible. You can walk around quietly, without schedules.

The instructional directions often times were difficult to follow and didn't take one to the correct spot. Once there the info about the spot was interesting

Purchasing experience on your website was good. The fact that for the audio guide another app had to be dowloaded was not comfortable. On top, some languages were missing (italian) for this attraction

The scenery since it is surrounded by greenery that looks like a forest and the spectacular view from the castle wall

I have purchased 2 adult skip the line tickets, but as I arrived and asked the host, they advised they don't have a skip the line ticket. I had to return back to a long line to wait to enter.

We went to Portugal and Spain for two weeks and Sintra was my favorite guided tour day. Quinta da Regaliera was the most intesting and we loved the history and all the outdoors and walking through the wells/ tunnels. It was a favorite for my husband especially because it was like being in an Indiana Jones movie going through the Knights Templar/ Order of Christ training mission.

Everything went well at Quinta da Regaleira. I received the audio guide via the app and everything went well
Regarding the Pena Palace, I bought the most expensive combo, which included the audio guide and transportation. I didn't receive the audio guide via the app or by email. I thought I would receive it on site, but that didn't happen either. In other words, I paid a lot more for a service I didn't receive. I would also suggest changing the description of the combo. The way it was written, I understood that I was buying a ticket that would include transportation from Quinta da Regaleira to Pena Palace, but that's not the case. I went back to the description and it said Park - Palace transportation. I understand that I've misinterpreted it, but I suggest making it clearer. It's difficult for those who don't know to understand exactly what this transportation is (it's from the gate where the Pena Palace is located to the entrance of the Palace). If you don't take the shuttle, you have to climb a steep path that takes half an hour).

Both palaces and parks were beautiful and there was lots to see, even on a foggy day! Only thing that would have helped was clearer signage where the lines for Quinta da Regaleira gather.

Ticketing was simple and I just flashed the barcode and they let me in. I thought the grounds were beautiful and I would recommend to a friend any time.

The whole Sintra experience is disorganized. There is no enough parking. There is no regular transportation from the parking lots. Everybody use the same single road through the town resulting in huge waste of time and dissatisfaction. Even for those arriving by train it's not easier. Connection between the sites of interest is badly organized and extremely expensive. A single ride is more than twice expensive that taking a train from Lisbon to Sintra. Even with the bus expect to walk uphill to reach the entrance. The site itself is ok. Definitely in reality it's not as glorious as described. Many caves pretending to signify some higher meaning. There is no feeling that the sites are connected to each other. They force you into buying much more expensive tickets with an audio guide. Can't imagine how bad the place in the peak season.

This was one of the favoriate things we did and saw while in the Lisbon area. The only feedback I have is to change the name of the tickets on your website. It says skip the line which is a scam and not true. You have to wait in the entire queue.

The booking experience was good and quick, although quite a bit more expensive than on the official website. The quinta da Regaleira is a nice place, although we found it lacking in maintenance almost everywhere, except in the castle.

Both venues were fabulous. It was very cloudy at the top of Moorish castle so unfortunately no views but the atmosphere was great very mystical. The afternoon spent at Quinta la Regaleira was fabulous I followed the audio tour getting lost in parts but overall was good to follow and have the information and directions for each point. All the little off the beaten path routes were fabulous and at each turn you saw something new. The mix of gardens and structure and water were wonderful.
There is no wifi at the venues so need to download the tickets and audio tour in advance. All was very straightforward.

Everything was perfect, very well organized, we entered at our exact hour. There is not enough place for the queue at Rigaleira palace and it is standing on the road.

To enter we had to wait in a long queue, there was hardly any reception and when we went to show the tickets, the app only showed one (there were 2). The audio guide was very poorly narrated, the names of the enclosure very poorly said. Super confusing.

Public transport is outstanding in the Lisbon and Sintra area. We set off on foot to the palace. To appreciate it all, you have to spend almost 4 hours visiting the Regaleira Palace. Magificent and interesting, the audio guide is very good. On the other hand, local transport costs 10 euros to reach the Moorish castle. You need exceptional legs to attempt to reach the castle. The castle is another beautiful site.

I was extremely skeptical when I purchased these tickets as I thought I purchased them directly from Quinta de Regaleira. However, our experience was amazing! There were a few steps to do before heading out on our adventure to Quinta de Regaleira for example downloading our audio tour. It was all straight forward and simple to do with the instructions given. However this is no fault of Headout but the directions for the audio tour was a little confusing to follow and we eventually just followed the signs posted at the Quinta de Regaleira. Overall a great experience!

Despite the audioguide, it's not easy to get around the site. Two magnificent places, but very far apart. Suggestions for transport between the two would be most welcome. I'll definitely suggest it to others.
