Very easy to buy tickets, although I was not able to take advantage of the 10% I got. The convent is beautiful. But in my opinion it could cost a tad less. There is only the outside porch tour to do.

I bought my tickets in advance and avoided selling out and queuing at the ticket office, but because there is no appointment, you have to queue for up to 2 hours anyway.

The Monastry was breath-taking! Absolutely stunning - the intricate stone carving inside the Monastry is a marvel. I was there in January, and I went at opening time on a week day morning so it was relatively quiet compared to peak season. However, with my prepaid ticket I was able to walk straight in without any queueing. Excellent :)

The visit to the Jerónimos Monastery in Lisbon was great. We went around 16:00 and there was very little queue and it went quite fast. The places to visit are spectacular and at that hour the sunlight is wonderful. The cloister is to stay there for a long time contemplating its beauty, from above and below.
The last thing we visited was the church, without a queue... a pity that it was badly covered by restoration, which is also necessary, of course. So we will have to go back.

The site is absolutely magnificent. Allow plenty of time to visit, as it's good to be able to soak up the sights without feeling rushed.
It's always nice to be able to stroll around the area too (have a coffee in the small adjoining park, and browse the decorative stores in the vicinity).
Not to be missed!

Stunning beauty very well preserved and maintained. Emotional to walk through the building and contemplate its beauty and history. Loved the tombs and the church. Highly recommended.

The place is magnificent, calm and restful.
12€ to visit just one monastery cloister is nevertheless quite expensive, as access to the church is free.

It was very easy to buy a tickets online and the staff working at the entrance were amazing, very helpful! It was the second time I visited Lisbon and I decided to go to Jerónimos Monastery. It is such a masterpiece, very beautiful monument with unique style!! It is remarkable that this monastery stands there for many many years.

Beautiful Jeronimos Monastery. The waiting time was adequate. On the other hand for the Belém Tower (being an untimed reservation), it was very long. But it is worth a visit

It was easy to buy tickets from Headway and show thrm on my phone at the entrance. Despite timed entry ticket you still have to join the back of the queue. It took about half an hour though this was early in the morning in November and may be longer in busier times of the year. The inner courtyard of the monestry was stunningly beautiful and well worth the wait in line. Despite the people it felt very tranquil and it was easy to imagine the monks passing through it, enjoying the sheltered sunshine in the winter and finding cool shade In the hot summers. Unfortunately at the time of my visit the church was closed for renovation so I missed out on that. Despite this I'd still recommend it if you love architecture or just beautiful places

The monastery is beautiful, we went on Tuesday 12/11/2024, we did not have to queue at all to enter. But the Google maps directions are wrong and make you go all the way around the monastery when the entrance is right in front of you.

Zero waiting time, we were able to get into the tower when we thought it was impossible. We fell on the right day

The atmosphere, the calm, the light, the harmony of the place made me discover a sumptuous architecture that will remain forever engraved in my memory, thank you history, thank you preservation, thank you sharing...

The Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery are absolutely stunning! I would definitely recommend getting there early as the lines do get very, very long. Getting our tickets through headcount was so easy and clear! The Monastery is very close to the best pastel de nata that we had in Portugal! Go to Pasteis de Belém!!!

The spot itself is full of fantastic historical craftsmanship of architactures as well as humanities values. Thanks to thoughtful considerations, it also provides friendly facilities for visitors. It adds lots of colors on the city of Lisbon.

We loved both places, the Belem Tower and the Jeronimus monastery. Both unique and beautiful! Worth visiting to experience this amazing architecture! The thing we didn't love was the queue. We waited for like 3-4 hours in the park for the line for the monastery to lighten a bit ,to then queue for another 30 min. Meanwhile
we visited the Cultural Center and Contemporary Art museum opposite the park
which has pieces of Dalí and Picasso.

It's a very good tour with a good number of people so as not to create crowds, which makes the tour more enjoyable. The only tip is that there's no point in buying with an appointment, as you'll never get in at the right time. Thank you

Ticket experience ok. However, the eticket had a different date on it and since there was a very long queue, I was afraid that this was an error which would force me to join the back of the queue. Fortunately, my fears proved unfounded and my entrance went smoothly. The monastery itself went well, not worth a 2 hour wait.

It was very easy to buy tickets. We bought tickets online an hour before closing time while it was already sold out at the Belem Tower ticket booth itself.
The Tower is very beautiful and the view stunning!
