The certainty that we had tickets for the chosen day. I didn't know that we had to bring them printed, we had to send an email to have them printed there.

We enjoyed this visit, with no waiting at the reception desk, a very entertaining audio guide, a view from the dome, and a snack in the crypt.

Great day out at St Paul's Picked up the tickets inside St Paul's cathedral You need at least two to three hours see and explore all of this London landmark the crypt was a big surprise A lot to see Well worth the price ,the golden tower was the highlight though amazing views across the city

Very good expereince. Able to enter the cathedral with a short wait. You will have to get a printed copy of the voucher. However the cathedral is able to print out the copy for you at the reception.

Having brought fast ticket, the sun was at least shining at the beginning until the storm hit. The pods were not packed and had plenty of room to move about.

St. Paul's Cathedral was a wonderful experience. A great place to visit and learn it history. However, we had to provide a paper ticket. As tourist we don't carry a printer with us. Fortunately the customer service at the Cathedral was able to help us. There should be an easier way such as providing a electronic pass

Super cool attraction, fantastic view!! Easy on and off, quick line up and move through with fast track pass, and friendly staff!

The booking experience was excellent, and the London eye experience was amazing. I will recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances.

We paid to enter expecting to walk around on our own, we were stopped at the door and asked, Do you want a free guided tour? Little did we know that it would take us to areas that you wouldn't normally be able to access. John, our guide, was amazing, very knowledgeable, very entertaining and loved every minute of it!

Practical and quick shopping At the cathedral very little queue and we were greeted by courteous staff. The audio guided tour is fantastic and the cathedral a marvel

A decent length of time in the air to enjoy the views, and to take photos. Only negative is that there were probably too many people in the pod, as I have mobility issues and couldn't get a seat due to being last on.

We used fast track and it was brilliant Quickly in the eye and enjoyed The queues do go quick but I would always use fast track Just brilliant

The Fast Track tickets quickly arranged the night before, without problems, via the Internet . At London Eye problem-free queuing and quick entry into the gondola. Quite pricey but fantastic to do even though I am afraid of heights. Highly recommended!

The London Eye needs to be on your London List! And get fast track tickets. We didn't wait in line at all. The regular line was an hour long.

I was amazed at how quickly I was able to get tickets. We chose the express lane and we were on board the London eye within 10 minutes. The whole experience was extremely enjoyable, and I thought that the souvenir photos were done really well and the price was excellent.

It was everything! Quick fast line and staff was friendly. I loved the champagne room. I told my whole family and all my Ted Lasso Facebook family that they should visit.

Seeing London from the Eye gave a great literal and mental perspective to this unique city. Seeing architectural artifacts and their proximity to new and quite modern buildings was a delight from that view. Navigationally it also allowed us to see better how to navigate to what we wished most to see prior to our departure.

There was too long que but Thanks to purchasing our ticket in advance, we were able to board without any waiting. Everything was so clear and fast

Glad we booked through Headout. Skipped the long lines and got right on. What was amazing was that the pods could have held 20+ people and there were only 8 in ours...which was wonderful. Plenty of room to move around and see the sights from different vantage points. I tend to avoid touristy things but this was a wonderul expereince.

We got our tickets ahead of time and it was very quick maybe a 10 minute wait to get in our pod!! Amazing views of London!
