Plaza Premium First Lounge: KLIA Terminal 1

Purchasing was easy. Lounge comfortable, food very good, shower facility nice, quite environment in more expensive part of it. The only thing missing - some armchairs/reclainers/beds to elevate legs after ling flight. Overwise - very nice

Lounge was overly packed and not enough space. Service was slow in waiters clearing tables and had to move dirty dishes myself to table next to me. Service for shower was quick and efficient so that was good. Spent 1 .5 hours in lounge compared to the 3 hours I paid for, was too busy felt claustrophobic. Food variety was limited and queue for coffee was not worth the money I paid for lounge. Will not be using this lounge in future

great stay very hospitable staff. would be nice to have more chicken options in food as i don't eat any other meat. well suited for vegos. shower facility could be a bit cleaner. otherwise a great stay

Great selection of food and drinks, staff extremely helpful, comfortable and clean areas to relax and freshen up.

No sign is clear at the airport. Felt like everything scattered, needed to take bus to get on and off the flight. Airport ground staff did not understand English well. Airport was clean.

It was a drama getting into the lounge - we had to pay online and we werent able to pay at the desk - plus once we got there the air con was last century and totally ineffecient. Made the stay very unpleasant. The staff wanted a LOT of information and then just said go through - no ticket or anything - very strrange.
