Beautiful Palace and grounds. It would be much easier if each location had a number on it that matched video guide and more signage. We exited grounds before we even found cafe which was unfortunate as you cannot re-enter.

It was a good attraction, a relaxing outdoor walk through gardens and winding pathways. Some statues were still covered but the walk down the well was very cool. Note that it can get quite wet as you get to the bottom and walk through the tunnels. I found buying the tickets online was easy. I took the train to Sintra which was reasonable priced but when you got there it was a bit chaotic sorting out how to get to the top. I should have researched it better. Meeting with the rep was okay but took me a bit to find him. He was very pleasant and had great insight on the property as well as some fun history.

The Park is so beautiful, it's like we are on a fair story. Even if it was raining, it have made a special atmosphere which fit to this romantic place.

I liked it very much, no line and straight to the castle, it's worth it. The only thing is that they do not generate a ticket that you can download by mail, but directly you have to download an app to access them.

The access to the Castle was quick and fluent. But the content of the audio guide was under my expectations. It answered to the question "what do I see and where do I find it", but not to "why it was necessary, what symbols should I look for, what is the meaning behind, how unique and popular were these practices". I dont think it is worth paying extra for it.

Our experience was very good, right from the entrance, with attentive staff and picturesque, stunning locations. The only point we have to make is about the hygiene and cleanliness of the bathrooms, which were smelly and unpleasant. However, it was worth visiting this beautiful place.

The person who helps us was super nice, friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. That's all enough he just take us to the entrance since we didn't need guide tour.

The ticket was ready to use. We immediately queued up at our time slot to enter the premises. They did not let anyone enter in a minute earlier, but let you be 50 min late to your scheduled time slot. You save 5 euros buying it online than at the entrance, but you can enter right away if you bought at the entrance.
It worked perfectly for us since we got there only 10 min before our 2pm entrance slot. Overall, a great purchase and the grounds are so enchanting.
