York Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

It was a nice way to see York.

Staff were friendly and helpful once we spotted a bus and they pointed to where the bus would stop and waited for us. The online map of bus stops for York needs to be updated to the paper version handed out on the bus. Inaccurate information online is a problem especially as we both have mobility issues.

The experience was great, and well worth it. We had some really great guides that told us all about the history of York as we were making our way around. This was really interesting. The stops are well placed, and you can catch a bus every 30min. Well worth it, would do it again when we are in York.

Hop on off bus was delayed by 40 minutes, due to 'driver off sick' issue, hence missed timing for our first booking. Able to reschedule it but not enough time to enjoy fully the hop on hop off experience at other stops. However, staff on bus were super great.. thumbs up to them.

The staff were very helpful and i did not envey them at all. The weather was very wet and cold. And they put on a good trip.

The tour guide that narated one of our journeys was very funny - I can imagine he says the same things over and over again, but still managed to make the delivery sound like it was the first time. It's a shame that he did not have a name badge because I would like to give him credit! One this that was not so good, is that we waited at the designated bus stop at the right time - one of the busses did not arrive which meant we were waiting for a longer time than we should have.

I love the tour guide that explained everything and I really enjoyed sitting and watching all the historic sites go by. Because of my previous experiences I always use your service whenever I go to a new city

Took grandchildren as a treat.... they thoroughly enjoyed hearing about york and are still talking about the longest street name with only 3 addresses ( whipwamopwhagate ) not sure if spelt correctly..... extremely enjoyable

With limited mobility it was such an assett. Also, although enjoyed the recorded commentary, the gentleman giving a direct report on history etc was brilliant

Had a great day hopping on and off and even loved the guide's knowledge and sense of humour so much we stayed on and did the whole circuit ... Friendly helpful staff , lots of convenient stops and comes by often enough to make use of all day . Worth every penny

Alll good. Great guide both in person and the recording - got something different from both. Weather was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the service. Have used this service in many countries and cites.

Ticketing through Headcount was extremely easy. The pre-recorded audio history and the live guide we experienced on the bus were informative and entertaining.

Really easy to obtain tickets. Ordered online then changed to paper ticket when got on bus. The tour guides were fabulous, very friendly & knowledgeable
