Downton Abbey: Guided Day Tour of Highclere Castle, Oxford & Bampton from London

Guide was awesome. Tour inside the castle, very fast and photo no available, wich is a pitty but the tour can do nothing with this.

Eva, our tour guide and Carlos, our bus driver were so much fun. Eva has the best personality and makes everyone feel so special and involved. We loved the tour locations and the information Eva knew about them. Definitely will book with Premier again!!!

The guide was remarkable, competent and very well organized.

The guide was very dry and when we were in the town where Downtown Abbey was filmed my sister and I asked her about one of the houses that appears in the series and as she had already shown it to the group she did not want to take us to the house. Polite, but very authoritarian.

I did not attend the tour due to hurricane and my flight was canceled. I arrived to London a day late and the tour had left without me.

I enjoyed a lot the visit... the tour was great and the gardens amazingly beautiful.... the landscape around the castle is beautiful 😍

Guide anglophone sympa. Trop peu de temps pour la visite du château (moins de 2 h) vraiment dommage. Pas le temps de visiter le jardin et de s'y poser. Il aurait mieux fallu ne pas faire Oxford sur la même journée bien que ça vaille le coup de s'y rendre aussi (sur une autre journée). Tarif très élevé pour le contenu des prestations de la journée.

Our guide Peter had a lot of knowledge of sights on the tour as well as background information on a lot of different subjects related to British society and history. He was entertaining and made sure that the tour went smoothly and on time.
