Train Transfers: Milan Malpensa Airport to/from Central/Cadorna Station by Malpensa Express

I've well received a confirmation ticket. However, even though we needed to check-in online in order to be able to use this ticket, we were not able to do that and the instructions regarding that matter were not clear enough. Fortunately, the controller was concilient and let me take my train without the final right document. Except for this point, it t was a great experience.

The punctuality and cleanliness of the cars without a doubt. Only one detail, I would have liked to hear the announcement when we arrived at T1 at the airport because we were chatting and I almost didn't get off in time :-)

It worked out great... Just be careful which express you get on... we changed trains once on the way so that we were back on the right express. The trains run alternately from the same track.

Everything went smoothly, but unfortunately the cathedral museum was closed on Wednesdays, information on this would have been very helpful

Worked reasonably well. Had to ask for help with person at the station. Hence was not flawless but was able to get it all done in a reasonable way.

The trainitalia receptionist was just great! She directed us well. The train was on time and the trip to the main station was super fast.

The easiest way to get to Milan city centre from the airport. Well priced, on time and comfortable. I would definitely use the express again. The Headout website was easy to use and the tickets were easy to find and access.

The train station is located close to the Milan Malpensa Airport and there is a time table which I can check my trip to go to Milan Cadorna Station easily. The staff was very communicable and very nice. I love to travel by Malpensa Express again when I have a change to visit Milan again.

Good to buy tickets in advance so you are sure to get on the train. Very straightforward and accessible. We had a HUGE case with a bike inside plus 3 other bags. Lots of luggage space and we had no problems getting on and off the train.

Great train connection between Malpensa airport and Cardona station. From there it's about a 20-minute walk to the cathedral.

Good, smooth transaction. But need to improve in the ticket link after the booking confirmed, as I did not receive the link to check and check-in the ticket. And I need to call the service centre in Singapore to help me to check and update the link for me.

We bought our tickets on line and it was very easy and received our tickets by email a few minutes later. It was great to be able to get our tickets so easily considering the fact that we don't speak Italian. The journey was nice and comfortable and the train departed on time. Grazie.

The scheduled train from Milan Central Station to Malpensa was cancelled. A person from the railline informed me I could still use my ticket to board. On the train,there were no announcements when we arrived at Terminal 1 . Luckily, we departed the train at the correct stop. Beyond all that, it was a good service.

The outward journey went well, but unfortunately the trains were cancelled on the return journey, so we had to take the bus.

Confirmation of the ticket purchased on the internet took too long. It took more than 20 minutes to arrive. Too long... So, in order not to miss the 12:55pm train, I had to buy another ticket from a vending machine at the station. Confirmation didn't arrive until around 1.05pm! It's the fact of having paid twice the price of the ticket (for a single journey) that leads me to give it an average rating.

very practical, avoids queuing to buy the ticket and is easy to use. do not take the return ticket directly as after ordering the one-way ticket you receive a 10% voucher for the next trip.

This is a good service. Train back to Malpensa was slow leaving Milan, but we got to airport in time. Announcing platform (next time I'll know it is usually Platform 1) was slow in being made, so there was a bit of a rush to the train on a somewhat distant platform 1.

The train is very convenient and fast. However It was very difficult to access our tickets on our phone because there was no WiFi where you catch the train.

Need to make announcements that the train has arrived at Terminal 1 then Terminal 2. People were not sure. Have this in a screen and also announced. Important for oversees travellers negotiating the system.

Punctual, pleasant train. However, plugs for charging cell phones and a written or verbal announcement of the next station are missing
