I had a really bad experience with the Storm Coaster. There was never written anywhere in the Headout app while booking that the 2 rides in 99AED will be only for 1 person. After receiving my Tickets 2 hours late, the storm coaster staff refused to use the tickets 2 rides on 2 people and asked me to pay 35AED more in order to ride. It was by far the worst experience I have had.

Headout completely misrepresents the details of this ride. You book storm coaster but nowhere during booking it is mentioned that you have to go to at the top and collect the tickets. Only when you receive the tickets it is mentioned so and it makes absolutely no sense. The staff at storm coaster said they cannot accept these tickets . This makes no sense at all and it's a completely misleading from Headouts end.
