Big Bus: San Francisco Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

Amazing to be able to go over the Golden Gate Bridge and see all of the main sights. Unsurprisingly it is very windy if you sit on the top of the bus and go over the bridge, and I saw a few people lose their hats, so be warned!

Friendly staff, good commentary, and a route that took in many of San Francisco's treasures, all done in clean buses. Thank You!

There were not enough buses dispatched therefore we had to wait for a second and even a third bus to be able to board. The map of stops should have a narrative of what there is to do and see at the stop. The bus was stifling hot and no AC People were ready to pass out.

Everything, the rid was amazing and I could see all the best parts of SF. The bus was great and the explanation was most interesting.

Very enjoyable experience. Blake was very helpful with directions and other information. The lady, we couldn't get her name, who was on her last shift on Sunday after 6pm was extremely helpful and went over and above to help us to direct us to the Bart station

The ticketing experience was awesome. I really enjoyed going over the Golden Gate Bridge and sightseeing through piers 39 - 44. Can't wait to visit again since I had a two day pass but was only in San Francisco for one and a 1/2 days.

I loved the bus tour it was so mesmerizing And informational. It did give us a lot of info about sanfrancisco. And the drivers were really Friendly and drove safely.

1. They gave me back at my original point, even it was late. 2. The audioguide is funny and with very interesting information about San Francisco 3. The buses were clean 4. The driver very kind

The commentary was very informative and well presented. Only issue was came across several headphone plugs were faulty and unable to be used.

Didn't have to wait very long for buses, friendly staff, interesting information. It would have been good to get a bit more details about the stops in advance so you could plan when to get off earlier.

It was a great way to spend our limited time in the city. Great listening along to all of the facts about San Francisco and was great value for money.

Our guide in Chinatown, John, was wonderful. His love for the area, the people the food and our group made it an amazing experience. Thank you

Not all the seats had the audio guide running. The bus was full at some stages and so you couldn't just move to another seat. Also the headphone jacks were not always working in the socket which was also annoying on one of the seats we tried.

Close to hotel for boarding bus but disappointed the last bus was 6pm
