The driver was extremely pleasant and accommodating. However, the audio guide was played through covered speakers in the seat backs on the upper deck and was almost in audible, particularly in light of any wind while moving. You had to put your ear right down to the speaker of the seat in front of you to hear. Also, compared to the price vs amount of information provided, it did not compare well to the hop on hop off in Edinburgh -- Or maybe it did; we just couldn't hear it! We still enjoyed our time in Inverness.

Driver was great, and route was fine, but couldn't hear any full sentence of the commentary due to very poor speakers, and wind interference. I didn't understand any of the commentary

Not much, the driver was going fast, I thought it was a tour of the city and its surroundings, I didn't get to photograph anything and I almost got branches in my face... In the end, it was better to do the tour on foot.

That was a bad experience, the bus has water dripping from the top and it was on different spots that we noticed. We can't barely hear the audio as we don't have our own headset unlike the one from Glasgow hop in and hop off. It seems like there was one bus working at that time, and people has been standing for a while.

The advert is not accurate. I purchased the ticket exactly because the advert on the bus said it would go to Loch Ness. Yet it does not exactly arrive at the lake; it only stops at the top and returns. Many tourists on board had the same feeling. And since most of the passengers are tourists, the ticket isn't really worth the price. I personally only ride on it once. Anyway it would be better if it could travel a bit further and give us a better view of the lake.
