The overall experience was very good but unfortunately I booked an extra adult ticket while booking the required two seniors tickets. I reported this to the Hop-On-Hop-Off people at the tourist information centre and they are following up regarding a refund with you. I'm not sure how the mistaken booking happened but it was done on your website rather thsn the app. The Booking ID: was 20234873

Our driver, Linda was fabulous. Very chatty and kind with my husband who was in an electric scooter. She was great at telling us which stop was good for us depending on where we wanted to go and gave us more time to get on and off - awesome lady and service!
