It is so easy to get to Roma Termini! There is a baggage rack on the train that accommodates luggage of any size. It is simple to purchase a ticket. The attendants at the entrance to the track are helpful and speak English if you do not speak Buon viaggio! Maria Camilla

Buying a ticket is quick and easy. However, the last bus didn't stop where we were, so we had to take a cab back. We even signaled to the bus, which passed by empty and didn't stop. We thought this was disrespectful as it was still on time.

Unfortunately the rain does not help,the bus is very well organized very good audio with headphones. I found the staff kind and helpful.In the rain, however, a few seats were wet and water was pouring down from the cover sheet.The fogged up windows did not allow a good view outside.In the sunshine everything would have been more fantadtico

Organized, being able to get on and off at all the attractions and then return without any problems... we spent the day using the bus, it was very advantageous, apart from the explanations on the audio.

The train and the station were clean. What I didn't like: the train was so full that many people - including old people - couldn't find a seat. I tried to change my ticket - but I got a message from the website. Nobody had an audio guide.

Ticket purchase and payment very easy On the other hand, when you have several reservations, it's difficult to select them.

What was nice was that you could stay on the bus and take another tour to see more of what you hadn't seen.

It was very fast and efficient, but the signs to find the Leonardo Express station at night from terminal 1 are sometimes hard to see at peak times.

Although the bus stop is indicated on the map, it would be better if it was a link to the precise location, otherwise everything was clear explanations and safe driving. Inside the bus they should scan only the QR they had us five minutes to show the ticket and we already had the QR on the mobile, we lost time to see the first attractions.

Place of departure unclear.Unclear environment, seats a bit old, audiogiide not always working we had to change seats several times. At the stop too much waiting for next bus. Stop piazza di spagna too far to walk and we decided to take the metro on the way back from the Trinità dei monti stop.

For a day trip, the tour with by bus was great! The first impact was not the best, because from the app it indicated as a starting point an old one, actually the right one is on the opposite side...solved by asking the various street vendors for bus tickets...the tour cmq was great, comfortable the bus, useful the guide to listen with earphones...convenient to get on and off at will. Less comfortable was the fact that some buses, in December, had yes roofs even upstairs, but no side windows.... It was really cold in the evening!
