When I booked Our tickets on Headout, I immediately received a WhatsApp confirmation with the link to Our tickets. The link is actually a reservation number that you need to present at gate 17 of the stadium. The person greeting you will let you in and provide you with the physical tickets a few minutes later. As soon as you enter, you'll have your photo taken, and these photos will be on sale at the exit. The guide conducted the tour in Portuguese and English but also spoke French with us as my husband and children speak neither of the 2 languages. We'd like to thank the 2.30pm guide, who was brilliant. You won't be disappointed by this tour, it's breathtaking! We also visited the museum, which was great and also talked about Benfica's history, as well as world events that have marked history!

A wonderful, friendly and funny guide made every visit special. The entrance gift (scarf) was incredible, and the stadium is beautiful. Everything worked out with the tickets.

The Tour is very well organized ... the tour leader was very good at telling us the history of the Stadium and Benfica .

The stadium as a whole and the Eusabio statue were impressive. We saw the Eagle having her daily fly around the inside of the ground.

It is not only about the experience of seeing animals in different environments of origin. It is about raising awareness among the attendees regarding the care of a planet already almost exhausted. Here the theme is to understand that we have a role to play and that we are behind in it.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The club tour was fantastic, well organised and memorable. We particularly enjoyed the museum, the museum was amazing, especially the celebration of a range of sports and sporting heroes. I personally loved the trophies that were pieces of art, the poetry, the history timeline and the range of presentation techniques of the information and activities. Whoever designed the museum has created a remarkable attraction and could certainly inspire nations across the world. I wouldn't particularly describe myself as a sport enthusiast, but I couldn't recommend this experience enough. The only downfall was the cost of the photos produced by the marketing and engagement team, they were well overpriced for what they were and there is a huge amount of wastage produced for those that don't end up buying the products. The cost of the products should be revisited to improve sales and consumer buy-in and reduce waste.

Ticketing experience with Headout was perfect. Only comment is while what is discussed is "tickets" we get of course a page confirmation which can be confusing. The only negative aspects were right at the beginning on the check in gate. Quite a long wait as the check in process is part manual and part machine. Even the attendee is taking photos of the print out. So this process should be best automatic print out with ie bar codes or similar which can be immediately read by the automated system. Tickets are being printed case by case and hand carried to the reception to then be fed into the automated machines by the customers. Suggestion will be headout prints the mechanism (bar codes) to be read by the machines. Once we came into the walking sequence to see the stadium we found the process very easy, friendly and enjoyable. We loved to see the stadium and the amazing Eagles were on display. We finished with lunch in your restaurant which was a great surprise top class food and presentation and friendly service. Unfortunately, at check in we saw Benfica scarfs being given to customers but then they ran out so our nephew missed out.

Excellent value for money, we all enjoyed the freedom to tour the stadium at our own pace. The stadium is marked out so that you know which way to go and what are you are at. You also get to wear a VR headset and experience a virtual full stadium as the team walk out and score. We were shocked at the history available in the museum. The amount of trophies on display was amazing.

We had multiple tours that we were on in Lisbon. This is for sure the one of the best ones (If not the best) we were on. If you are intrested in soccer and want to see the stadium I HIGHLY recommend this experience and even if you're not too into soccer, it is still very interesting and you can learn a lot from- VR Game Experiences, Walk around the stadium, Player lockers and jerseys, while also getting 3D models of the stadium and learning the history of the older stadiums that were torn apart (their capacity, which big games were played there and so much more.) While also being able to go ON THE FIELD! This is the experience for you and a very fun and exciting moment for you and your family. For 28€ this is one of the most worth and longest tour for the price. (28€ for 2 Adults and 2 Children + 1 FREE scarf and 1 Magnet for free after the tour)HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS!

Our visit to the stadium and museum was a great experience. The guide passionately told the story of the stadium's construction. The Eagles made a great impression on us. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

The multi-level aquarium with ALL the fish was fabulous. The design of the facility is magnificent. Having 5 different water/ocean areas represented is most unique. The only negative was purchasing tickets online. I made a mistake for the time & was forced to purchase another set. The monetary loss was a gain (contribution) to the aquarium.

Very well-organized tour, view of the stadium from every angle (including the conference room). The highlight of the show: the 3 eagles, the club's emblem, and a gift of a club scarf. Very nice! Only regret: the price of the souvenir photo...

We had the privilege of visiting an absolutely remarkable stadium, steeped in a rich history. The people in charge of the tour were kind enough to share with us some extremely captivating details and information. Our sincere gratitude for this unforgettable experience.

Beautiful stadium, well organized tour, and well documented history. One can make a full day trip out of the whole sport complex. I went there with my 2 year old daughter. The help I recieved from the staff was heartfelt. They were very attentive to our specal needs (making the elevator available, helping carry our wagon up the stairs, waiting patiently when we had to catch up to the guided tour).

The whole experience, being a large football stadium like that, is something everyone should experience. The tour guide was great and very knowledgeable.
