The Napoli Tours team, Lucas and his colleague were very helpful.

So, I bought it so that I would have less stress.
Activation was good. When using it, I always needed internet to log in, every 5 minutes the system kicked me out. There was no connection in the subway. Museums were not all included, so I accidentally spent the 3 museum credits. Public transport was included, but I couldn't go straight into the subway, I had to report to an employee every time and he let me in (out of pity). The need for improvement is there

Naples is a magical city, neighborhoods and streets that have stood still in time. Of course there is great food and the prices are modest, nothing to say.
With Arte-card we were able to really get around and visit a lot of museums without spending a lot. Neapolitans are unique, very outgoing but big-hearted.

Since the upper choices do not apply, here is a more detailed answer.
We had great difficulty in our vacation in Italy to use the artcard and unfortunately can not use at all.
We have only understood on vacation in Italy through various calls that we still have to download and activate the app before. We have tried for several hours in vain!
Inna from ,Napoli Official Tour ,partner Headout for our passport was very friendly, but we had great language difficulties and therefore Inna offered us on 9.10. via WhatsApp: "Hello Angelika,I am sorry you were not able to install the app ,no worries ,I will provide you full refund tomorrow I will send an email to Headout customer service and they will return back to you credit card amount paid for both booking ref".
But so far we have not heard from Headout and have not received a refund! We have not been able to use the Artcard and are disappointed!
We are waiting for your reply and refund!

De geweldige klantenservice bij Mister White in Napels.Daarvoor dank.
Een App die veel te snel offline is terwijl je steeds wifi/4G nodig hebt in metro/trein/bus en er geen dekking is in vele metro/trein/bus .

La carte ne fonctionne pas de le métro. L'application mobile se désactive après une période très courte. Les musées acceptant la carte sont mal renseignés et l'application ne montre pas de carte avec leur emplacement. Bref, une carte peu pratique, presque pas utilisée.
