City Sightseeing: Palma de Mallorca Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

The tour was interesting, but unfortunately the music in the headphones was too loud compared to the voice of the explanations. The departure points were not always easy to find (which side of the street if you don't know your way around)

I booked and pay the ticket online for the tours and boom it's just seconds. That's awesome. I was late at the destination but they took me in without hassles. Overall I enjoyed and the experience is wonderful. Just keep up the existing system you have for travellers.

Unlike the other buses I took in other cities this one unfortunately did not announce the stops with a microphone and you were forced to keep your headphones on to know what stop you were at

Check-in was smooth. Friendly staff. Good service with ear set and map. Explanations in different languages.

The places visited on the tour and although I noticed that at station 1 the people selling tickets are not very friendly, there was a man and a blonde girl at 11am.

Tour provided a brief glimse of all the major, and some less well known, sights of palma. On-line booking excellent, very easy.

Worked fine and just as wished

It took us around the Island in a very definitive way and we could see all the important points in a short cruise stop.
