AYA Universe Tickets

The Falls and Celestia were my favourites but still the whole adventure was amazing experience and the ticket prices were fairly flexible.

Worth it...quite a lot of peeps though since its 25th...but the experience are superb.....staffs are fine....area clean....plus the discount from headout makes a big savings

Very unique experience. It's worth going with family. Intelligently designed setup. Friendly staff who guided and took good pictures of us when requested.

The one with the plastic balls was a total blast! The other rooms with the mirrors and spheres was also amazing. Music and lighting is man rooms was fantastic. Overall, a fascinating experience even better than the museum os the future 😆

Overall it was a good time pass but it was a little more crowded than I thought. Children shouting and people talking in loud voice really disturbed our experience. Also, every room was depicting some message. A guide or notes would be nice to understand what's going on. Loved the overall ambiance and the works.

Experience itself was fantastic. Ticket service with headout though, was not. When buying, NOWHERE is mentioned that it takes up to 30 mins to get your tickets. So we were 5 mins away from the AYA entrance and had to wait for over 30 minutes (because yes, even after 30 mins the tickets dis not arrive) to enter. Also, the support chat was unreachbale, i did not receive any answer. Also no reply by mail. After I think 40 minutes we received our tickets. So this was a very very bad experience with bullshit customer service

It was an unforgettable experience. Starting from the easy access and the friendly team there then the shows at each hall was amazing especially at Luna hall . I loved the idea of the Aya universe special passport .

There's so many cool indoor things to do during summer in UAE, and AYA universe is one in the top list. The experience was of 2-3hrs, went with my family and it was AMAZING! Headout made it easier to book the tickets and the confirmation was received pretty much quickly.

Booking on the app was easy. At the venue check in was effortless and smooth. Will definitely use this app for future bookings and recommend our family and friends

I loved everything about the experience of visiting Aya Universe and Dubai Frame. I really reccomend this combo because the price is really good, much better than buying separately

No issues with Headout it is a life saviour and cheapest price. AYA Universe was nice but underwater zoo is overrated and Burj Khalifa was so over crowded

Good one time experience especially if you want to see the two sides of Dubai. It's a quick one and not so much experience around the Frame. Good for people interested in history

At both places everything went smoothly, there were no technical problems. The Frame is worth seeing, that was OK, I will recommend it to everyone. I expected more from the AYA. It was supposed to be a place to calm down even some romms' names relate to that but the music was excessively loud and at times the lights were also rather disturbing, flashing directly in your eyes. The passport given at AYA might be OK for children but most adults, I suppose throw them away quickly which makes a lot of waste.

Aya Universe is good. Just feel like in the Stars. The Ticket price is high. and Ays Universe is in Wafi Mall. it is good to see that.

Amazing place! Literally you feel like you enter a whole new realm. Only thing that we didnt like much was that it was far out of everything. And the mall it's in is amazing architectural wise but didnt have much to offer for shopping and dining experience. But awesome place still to have seen once

Hands down, it was one of THE BEST, if not the best, experience on our trip to Dubai. The whole experience is so immersive, interesting, and different from everything else. Do yourself a favor and book it when you plan your trip.

Immersive af. However, please explain the tech behind the immersion. Some of us want to technically know how the space came to be.
