Combo: Schindler's Factory Skip-the-Line + Wawel Castle Guided Tour Tickets

The Schindler's Factory Guided Tour itself was very detailed. My husband and I learned a lot about the Nazi invasion of Poland. It was very informative. There were short videos, and even a theater of interviews done were well made. However, the tour groups were quite loud, and it felt that the individual tourists were in their way. So we had to either go ahead and rush through the exhibit or wait for the tour groups to finish. Since purchasing tickets can be done online with specific time slots, it would have been better if these tour groups had specific allotted time only and specific allotted time for individual guided tours so it won't disrupt or cause delay for the ones not in the tour group. Overall, informative exhibit. Thanks!

It is over busy with too many visitors in large groups blocking progress . and a bit rushed. More like an exhibits museum and nothing like a factory visit? Just. aone room included with ceramic pots then mostly photos Tom there? Not really a factory experience. 3d photos as first experience was excellent. Sadly downhill from there. At least we did it. Ron there.

The museum is a marvel; I think you could spend a day there, given the wealth of documents, photos, videos... It's perfect for those who want to take advantage of the free ticket.

It was not possible to choose a guided tour in German when ordering online and no audio guide was provided either, therefore only weak information, as only Polish and English was written.

I would have liked to have a guide, but the agent at the entrance said that this option was not included in the ticket purchased

The only thing we didn't like is that they have guides available in all languages and in Spanish there were none available....

The factory museum is a great introduction to the WW2 history of Krakow if you haven't already completed a factory tour. The arrival process would be improved if the rep was there 15 minutes before the start time to help ease any confusion as to what we were to do on arrival

The ticketing was veri fast and easy ! I liked the graphics and the originals photos ,and I liked the all experience! I recomend to visit the factory, because a different and entertaining world!

Clearly a very knowledgeable and interesting guide but difficult to understand his accent and he spoke very quickly which didn't help.

I thought I had a choice if I wanted a guided tour or not. We arrived in plenty of time. Massive queue outside venue and no indication of where to wait. Asked another guide who said look for a particular guide. The guide turned up later than my indicated entrance time. He was informative but abrupt and once he had informed me that we weren't on a guided tour said 'hurry up, go in now' or words to that effect.

Impromptu date change. Luckily we had just arrived and were able to go the next day rather than 3 days later as originally planned.

Incredible organization. We had to anticipate it as the factory would be closed on the day of our visit. our guide was tireless in finding the solution

Very nice, well-designed museum We go back in time to Krakow from 1939 to 1945 Just a little disappointed to have only one room on the schlinder factory... and no audio guide available 🤷‍♀️

No audio guide, no explanations in French. Only Polish or English. We visited but understood nothing of the tour....

The interactive-ness was great to immerese ourselves on the experience, how lights and sounds accompanied the exhibitions was onpoint. Very respectful towards such hurtful events. My only comment would be to have a better alignment when having school visits, as we were caught in between two different groups and it was not pleasant at all.

Buying the voucher itself was very easy, although we thought it would be the tickets themselves. What we didn't like was the disorganization and lack of signage on site. When we arrived, we found out that we had to exchange the voucher for the tickets. However, there was no clear indication of where to exchange and the information we received was unclear.

The name of the tour is misleading as I skipped nothing at all. We thought we had a guided tour or at least a self guided audio tour, but we got nothing, the person suppling us with the final tickets was late and then he couldn't open his phone app. The tour was ok but extremely busy so trying to read all the information was impossible. Very disappointed.

My husband and I enjoyed our self guided tour with skip the line. It would have been helpful to know that we needed to wait for a representative to give us a paper ticket. The person at the door wasn't very nice and just said stand over to the right and call the company

Easy collection of tickets but we didn't expect the factory to have so little information about itself, it's just an exhibition on WW2 rather than the factory

Very moving story prented in an effective, and varied, exhition. Was expecting to see something of the factory layout. Could have been a bit better organised outside the entrance.
