I never received my tickets or a confirmation. I called Headout several times only to be told there was no available agents. We ended up purchasing the tickets from another vender. We expect a full refund!

The intimate setting to listen to a wide variety of Chopin's beautiful competitions performed by a talented artist while being hosted by friendly hosts makes this a truly delightful experience, one I highly recommend and hope to repeat in the future.

The performance was well managed and the pianist was excellent. The Headout ticketing was easy to understand and gave clear GoogleMap directions to the location.
