Universal Studios Singapore Express Pass

Thank you headout for very fast and smooth transaction. We had our universal studio express pass from Headout! So easy to use. Worry free!

We liked transformers the best. We had trouble with the meal vouchers. The restaurant was not able to verify the codes from my Headout confirmation pdf. We had to wait 30 minutes for the manager to override the bad codes. Their system said that your codes were already used which was not true. The restaurant cashier said this a common problem with codes from third party vendors.

The Express tickets were incredible and the experiences that we have booked through this app have been excellent. What I would say is, when I got to Universal I had to buy an entry ticket as well. Obviously, this was my mistake but I was not aware that the express was a solo ticket and needed to be bought with the entry to universal too. If you could make this clearer at time of purchase then it would have avoided this happening. Thank you

Headouts Universal Express Pass was sooo convenient for us, we don't have to queue tooo long for our's adventure. Me and my family loved the most was Transformer The Ride-3D and Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure. We had fun and exciting moments together 😀...

It's a lot of money when you are only able to use the pass once on each ride

No Addmission tickets were provided and had to wait 30min at the gate to get them on email.
