Dubai Marina Dhow Cruise with 5-Star Dinner

I was denied entry with the ticket i received from headout. Food was supposed to be of 5 star experience but it was horrible and didnt even meet an average 3 star quality. Overall, it was a disappointment after spending £450 and not worth the money.

On reaching the venue i understand my Booking was cancelled by Headout. Payment was already deducted and no intimation about cancellation of booking. Luckily the cruise company was kind. They accomodated us and gave us a seat inspite our booking shows cancelled. Not expected from Headout.

HI This Dhow Dinner Cruise is billed as one of the more expensive ones available (I have been on 2 others , 1 earlier this year and 1 a few years back, and so i thought i would try the more expensive one in hopes of a better experience) and it did not live up to that, from the food the overall co-ordination. Firstly the food was bland and not exactly what was mentioned on the menu. The chaos that ensued at the buffet was frustrating, people where not following any sort of line to get their food. In fact 1 patron was eating his soup whilst standing at the buffet, presumably to not lose his place and have to queue again for mains. You can imagine the ensuing chaos of people trying to get around him. I am a UAE Resident and in future will advise my family and friends visiting me, not to waste their time and money, on such an activity. Regards Womayaal Vanmari
