Train Transfers: Heathrow Airport to/from London Paddington by Heathrow Express

We were able to buy the tickets from the comfort of our own home at a good price. One more remark: the booking was no longer visible when we returned. Fortunately, I had kept the booking number and found the return ticket again.

Online portal was very easy to use, using the Heathrow Express took all the stress out of that leg of my journey it reduced the travel time and was very efficient

After baggage claim at terminal 4, the route to the Heathrow express is well signposted. We're directed to a free shuttle (I presented my Heathrow express ticket at a kiosk) which takes us to Terminal 2. We get off and stay on the same platform (very convenient) to catch the Heathrow express. In exactly 15 minutes we arrive at Paddington station. Internet connection available.

I could not access my ticket and show it so that I could exit the station I could not have Internet access even though I was connected to the train wifi

Transfer was quite seamless following my arrival from Bath SPA as location of the both platforms were close to each other. I had to run but I did manage to catch the Heathrow Express which was just great!

quick and easy after 24 hours travelling and being tired, buying first class was great as only handful of people in the carriage.

Tickets were okay. By having them on my phone I had to hold up other customers whilst I found where the ticket was! I prefer paper. The trains were comfortable and always on time.

The Heathrow express was much more convenient than the underground that we took back to the airport. The hop on hop off was a great overview tour and we were able to use it as transportation between areas we wanted to visit. We had trouble with the ticketing experience and it took several chats and calls to finally get it sorted out at the last minute

It was quick way to get to and from central London and then back to the airport again. Train was very clean and nice to be in

The time taken to reach the destination and the ease of boarding the train from Heathrow airport was excellent. The online booking done from Munich before boarding the flight at Munich was very smooth.

Well I would rather have a piece of paper with the ticket on it any day. Quite difficult managing all my bags and the QR code on my phone through the ticket barrier.

On time. Clean. For those not accustomed to the UK train experience, locating 1st class is not obvious. We found our place though without great difficulty.

The quick trip to London from the airport was very nice after a long fligh. It was confusing for me which was the Heathrow express train once in the train platform and the person there told me it was the one there but I had to go out at the next station and get on the next one which it was the good one.

Train arrived quickly, but was quite full. But to be in London Central in a short time definitely a top option. We would book again

This express train made it so incredibly easy to get from Heathrow to Paddington Station. We stay at hotels near the station for this very reason. Makes everything so smooth and you are in the middle of everything. Highly recommend. We use it every trip to London.

Everything was well posted and when we did have a question we always received a helpful and friendly answer by any of your staff.

Were visitors using the service for the first time so asked lots of the workers lots of questions - how to, where to , when to etc... Everyone was so helpful. Trains were clean and fast. Great experience.

It was so easy to get to the train from terminal 4 when we arrived. The airport has many signs to direct you to the platform. I would do this again on my next trip.

Heathrow express was so fast and easy! We loved getting to Paddington in a few in crowded mini without worrying about transfers. 10-10!
