Amsterdam: 75-Min City Centre Sightseeing Cruise

The boat tour was wonderful, the Spanish tour speaking worked so well.

The choice of route, the very friendly staff, the sale of drinks on board and the audio guide via smartphone app (avoiding electronic waste with "disposable headphones"). One star deduction because of the occasional interruptions in the audio translation, at least in the German language, and the lack of loudspeakers in the rear outside area of the boat, which is why the additional explanations spoken by the captain over the microphone for the audio tour were not understood outside.

A very exciting and above all entertaining tour. And the cheapest one we have found. Our skipper was a real comedy talent. Anytime again :0)

Audio in Portuguese. We were able to move our tour forward by 1 hour. The tickets issued by Headout worked perfectly.

The boat was found as per the location given, the people on the cruise were super nice and courteous. The cruise only lasted 60 mins instead of the 75mins promised. I also wish headout gave the contact information of the tour company in case we had any questions or concerns about the location, that information was missing.

The captain was really funny and entertaining... but the views and explanations of the places we passed by were also really interesting. I enjoyed the experience.

The welcome and the service. The captain was on his last tour before retiring, as I understand it, and he was very humorous.

The service was all good, and the boat trip was nice. The only down point were the roof glasses partially scratched and not very useful as windows making difficult to see the outside.

What the guide was telling in English was completely different from the audioguide, besides, the latter was very poor in content, it was much better what the guide was saying in English. It was confusing to be with the audio guide and the guide at the same time.

If you're sitting on the wrong side of the boat, it's difficult to see the special features and you can't take any photos.

Nous n'avons pas pu vraiment apprécier cette croisière sur le canal dans la mesure où il pleuvait et qu'à l'intérieur du bâteau on ne voyait rien. Une raclette était bien fournie pour enlever la buée mais celle-ci revenait tout de suite et par ailleurs les vitres étaient couvertes de gouttes de pluie. Impossible donc de donner une évaluation sur cette croisière, dommage !

The canal cruise itself was great, the Captain was engaging, knowledgeable, and entertaining. The only downside were the directions to the pickup point and the corresponding photo and diagram. Not even close! If I didn't go searching around we would've missed the cruise.

We took an evening cruise. Suggestive with the lights, but maybe in the daytime you can enjoy the view better
