Bus Transfer: Narita Airport to/from Shinjuku Area by Airport Limousine

Since booking and receiving the confirmation the link to the QR code didn't work. I therefore assumed you would be able to use the booking reference to find the booking. However, after arriving after a long journey, in a strange country, the ticket inspector at the bus stop refused to help. He sent me inside to the desk where a very rude lady refused to help and said my only choice was to buy a new ticket and if I wasn't happy to go to airport Customer Services and complain! Fortunately the young girl there was super helpful and managed to find a way to bring up the QR code from the wording on the booking in Japanese (she agreed there was a problem which she had never seen before) and we were able to board the bus. Once aboard all was fine.

Easy to deal with helpful staff at bus stop at Narita.

I enjoyed the staff, but I was surprised by the language barrier. However, that isn't necessarily your fault.

I arrived early, staff were very helpful and let me board an earlier bus- at 10pm, so really appreciated!

Thought I bought Airport to Shinjuku, but it turns out, the tickets were for Shinjuku to Airport. I have since tried to use the tickets for our return trip to Narita, but I have not received any confirmation of the booking. I am concerned I have lost my booking and my money.

The nighttime ride into Tokyo was amazing. The city lights, the 3 dimensionality of the highways and streets were very impressive.

When the drip off site is closed for the evening, you must state that in the ticket. I was trying to retrieve my ticket for tokyo hilton, however, I was not informed that the last drop off to the hotel was 9 pm. My flight arrived later than 9. When clicking the hilton drop off, no bus schedule appeared. I did not know what was up until clicking on another drop off. Then, I figured it was done for the evening.

Staff were very helpfull getting me on the right bus. I was sleep deprived and confused.
