Valencia Bus Turistic: Valencia Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

Valencia is a beautiful city and the bus takes you to many beautiful places. Just a pity that there is no Dutch text To listen to. My English and German are not so great that I understood everything well.

The oceanographic was a beautiful experience . The bus, on the other hand, was a pain . Too many delays and too noisy , also the audio guide did not work .

Punctual departures, nice staff, pleasant listening in several languages. Unfortunately sometimes technical problems, but still highly recommended

The hop on hop off service in Valencia was very satisfactory. The headset explanations were clear and informative, allowing full appreciation of the city and its points of interest. The itinerary was well thought out and covered all the major tourist attractions. However, two negative notes: the stop at the port could be closer and waiting times between buses could be shorter. Overall, however, a positive experience and recommended.

The length of the tour took 2 hours and I saw more about Valencia's most important spots. The time schedule was also followed. A thing to improve is the audio. There are a lot of repetitions and sometimes not the correct area being discussed. You could also add some background music when it's idle.

I liked the practicality of the service, I would like to extend the schedule since there are experiences that are fantastic at night. I recommend this service to get to know the city 🙃

Nice way to admire the city outdoors. Disadvantage is that the audio guide is not available in Dutch. Small effort to adjust that, you make the Netherlands and Belgium very happy with that.

Some more information about where you are going and what time you can continue from there is the least you could put on the email. A pdf with tour information and boarding times? It's not that hard, is it?

At the first stop, the employee made sure that everyone got in line. When the bus arrived and some of the passengers wanted to get on straight away, he directed them back into the queue. That was very good, so the boarding process went smoothly.

Commentary and range of stops were good. However, the bus went from stop 17 to stop 3 without any stop at nos. 1 or 2. There should have been an announcement on the bus informing us of this.

The upper floor of the bus was covered, which in the winter months favorishe to get around better without catching cold and admire all the beauties on the other side of the glass. The audio guide system worked well. the map detailed well with all the times. Friendly staff. We also encountered problems though. The point to validate vouchers is only one, and before going up you have to reach it somehow. On the day we visited, two main stops were closed for a few hours, and no one had warned of that detail, not even bus driver, who left a bit before the closures. We thought we would take a tour of the old town, and afterwards take the successor buses, but when we came back, there was nothing to do, we had to look for other nearest bus stop 1 km away, but unfortunately the first bus that arrived, was broken and the next one we had to wait 55 minutes. For those reasons we lost more than 2 hours, searching, running and waiting.

Many tines hop on and off bus tours are just ok but once in a while one hits it out of the oark and the tour in Valencia was a homerun. Great experience and very good narative

The city is very beautiful, the bus was good, the audio guide informative, the bus route interesting. Unfortunately, the bus was not always on time, but this was perhaps due to the city traffic.
