Blue Mountains Explorer Bus Tour

I called HOHO twice before arriving at Blue Mtn. Each time the agent was friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived, online tickets were accepted and the agent gave us good information for what our needs and wants were ehile on HOHO. Drivers along the route were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Buses ran on time at each stop.

As the tickets I purchased from you were invalid at the attraction - they advised it would take 24 hours for the tickets to come through - I have yet to receive them. When I booked I was not advised of a delay and we bought tickets for the same day.

The hop on hop off office did not issue a reference number so the scenic world staff wouldn't let us for at least 30 mins whilst they checked our details very embarrassing

Everything. It was organised. Signage were clearly indicated. Staff was friendly and entertaining. Staion 1 and bus driver were friendly and accommodating. Skyrail was awesome👍👏💖🙏🌎 worth recomending to freinds and families. Job well done!

Our pilot Oscar was amazing he was very nice and explained everything one person in our group was a first time flyer and he made sure he was comfortable the views of Sydney were spectacular I'm so glad we made the decision to take this trip with you I would recommend this excursion to anyone wanting to see Sydney and beyond from a Birds Eye point of view
