Combo (Save 3%): Verona Card + Verona Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

What a great way to see the city in a day!! We were greeted by the kindest people to obtain our cards. They gave us all of the information we needed plus a map with numbered activities that were included as well as discounted with the card. Highly recommended the Verona card to anyone looking to explore Verona for the first time!

The Arena looked awesome but because of the construction work which we were not aware of, we couldn't even step in the Areana.

When we arrived in the city and picked up the ticket, we were told that the arena was closed. The main attraction of the city and the ticket is still sold at the same price. We didn't get a reply to our email to Headout either.

The tour organization was poor in my opinion. I only rode the bus once for 20 minutes, then went to a museum. A bus barely stopped next to the museum. I was 5-7 meters away from the bus and walked quickly, but the driver drove away. So, the bus was missed. Then I went to another bus stop as shown on the map. There was a flea market there, so traffic was blocked. I opened the map in the app, where it shows where the bus is. It was a long way from me, so I missed the bus again. For 25 euros this is too little service and too bad experience. I planned a same tour in Milan before but after this event my plans changed. Never again.

The Verona card is super handy to have, and very reasonably priced too! You "exchange" your code for a physical card in a small tourist info outlet near the arena. The staff members were very friendly and explained how it worked, and you get a map of all of the free stuff you can do.

Verona Card really is a practical way to explore the city. Verona has so much to offer, from the Arena to the beautiful squares and historical charm. We really enjoyed it! We highly recommend it if you're in the area - it's definitely worth a visit!

Everything is clearly organized, interesting stories, comfortable bus with pleasant staff. And most importantly the availability of different languages!
