St. Mark's Basilica Skip-the-Line Tickets

No audio guide. Very poorly explained and no one told us what to do. Ticket much more expensive than if we had bought it on the spot.

Beautiful place to fill the eyes with wonder! I would suggest getting the full experience and buying the Tower tickets, along with the palace and museum if you have the time!

That you do it at your own pace, but the devices don't let you turn up the sound and for people who don't have good hearing it was low because you were listening to the people around you and you lose hearing.

Seeing the majesty of the mosaics and floor inlays is always a marvel. Too bad about the lack of availability of the staff ... I had to buy tickets again xbecause that day our train from Milan was delayed three hours ... vabbè this for sure is the last time I reserve a ticket skip the line for sure

Very nice basilica, I recommend it because it is very different from most churches I have visited throughout Italy. It has a totally different style and is worth a visit. Also unlike other churches this one gives you access to more places than the normal churches that you only access to the central part.

The fast access, although in the basilica being the first shift we were asked to go 15 minutes before but we could not access until after the start time. The rest of the process of purchase was very comfortable and it is worth going with the tickets already booked.

Beautiful church with lot of history. Worth a visit if in Venice. Getting the tickets from headout was very convenient and easy.

The person who wrote the guide was clearly knowledgable. But I didn't realise it was so much more expensive than the normal ticket - I could have seen the basilico, palo d'oro AND museum for less than I paid for the first two alone. The guide was difficult to followbecause 5 of the atopping points were closed off for restoration so I got lost a lot.

The Basilica is impressive in every way. The museum is one of the best of the tour and the altar with the figures of Christ, Mary, Mary Magdalene and the 12 is spectacular.

Skip the line tickets are the best. Separate entrance with no line. Once inside though you're with everyone else and very crowded.

Der Besuch im Markusdom war ein großartiges Erlebnis und der Einlass war unproblematisch. Allerdings hatte ich vorher versucht über den Chat zu erfahren, wie mein Mann an den Audioguide kommen kann, den ich für Zwei bezahlt hatte. Nach drei Versuchen habe ich den Chat aufgegeben und fühlte mich wirklich verarscht von der stereotypen Antwort: "Das habe ich nicht verstanden..."

Once inside the enclosure, after paying 20 € for the entrance, you had to pay again for other visits inside the basilica, this information was not known before entering the enclosure. The visit is totally saturated and this does not make it completely satisfactory.

ticket coupe fil which avoids the queue perfect but I was not warned that I needed another reservation to visit museum and floor and another room. So the basilica visit was very short and the audio guide didn't work in the basilica.

The queue wasn't that big outside, and only €3 each to get in, so better to save your money and go early and pay on the door. The queue Inside for the museum was where the real wait was and the skip the line didn't cover this.

The painting, ceilings, and the jail. Loved the government meeting room and the steps. One issue was we were not allowed into the St Marks Basilica. We were told our tickets were no good and asked to leave the line.

We were so happy to get the tickets while other sites that we were looking at were much more expensive or out of tickets.

It's great not to have to stand in long lines to enter the Basilica but there is one thing to improve, you can not go to another place that is not nearby to validate the ticket, they give you a photocopy with a QR code as a ticket to enter. Much easier the tickets for the Ducal Palace that you have it digital in the application and you don't have to go anywhere to validate it.

Great summer, having the "skip the line" ticket makes all the difference with the number of people there.

Very quick passage, even ahead of schedule. Sumptuous, extraordinary building. No problem taking photos, we can stay as long as we like. Not to be missed.

The visit to St. Marcus Cathedral was impressive. It was very inconvenient that we had to pick up the ticket at the counter of a local partner. Why are electronic tickets not possible?
