We got off early and had to walk a bit to our destination, but otherwise it was fine.

We had already booked the ticket in advance and so it was very easy. Friendly bus driver! Only the signage to the bus stop at the airport was a bit sketchy. But Alibus was known and we were redirected

Ticket is valid for several months. We were unable to open the online ticket due to a lack of internet data. However, we were able to use the ticket for the return journey to the airport.

It is a safe and economical way to go to the airport, it picks you up at the port, then stops at the train station which is where it fills up and stops.

Well over 100 people were waiting for a bus. Luckily I got to the bus stop an hour early. So I made it to the plane on time. But only because quite a few people had to go to the cab rank before me because otherwise they would have missed their plane.

The driver is friendly and the route is well organized, as there's no need to wait between a full bus and one that arrives empty to continue picking up passengers. Efficient for 5€.

It's very convenient to know that from the station, or the port, of Naples, there's a way to get to the precise airport. Even if the queue is sometimes long, there is a fairly high frequency of Alibus, which ensures transportation for everyone... Online payment is very practical

Great solution to get to downtown. Took very long until the bus came. The line got longer and longer,people crawling in front. In the bus too many people. You could not look outside what was very ja.mer

Waited about 20 mibutes at Naples airport which was fine. Queue was a lot longer on our return due to a train strike which caused traffic chaos. We probably waited 45 minutes but we'd left ourselves extra time so this will all done

It was poorly signposted to where the bus picks up. There was no luggage space, so you had to keep your suitcase inside the bus. There were a lot of people going on the bus and the bus was overcrowded with people and suitcases.

Regular shuttle service with little waiting time, reasonable price, fast journey to the airport, smooth ride, easy to buy tickets.

The purchase of tickets online is very convenient, I downloaded the application and you have them in PDF just to present them on the bus.

Bus frequency and proximity to the ferry terminal. It's a shame that bus departures aren't better signposted.
