We have problems with the booking, yesterday we book an at the stop the driver wasnt there, today when we arrive at the place the app told us to be at 8:30 am and we were there from 8:00 am and it wasn't until we had wi-fi that we got a message that said that we had to be at 7:30 am not 8:30am as the app says.
We ask do a Solution and it was none solution, we ask for a refound or a Reschedule and same answer, even when we didn't got the correct info
