The scenery is beautiful and colorful. The park is small, so it's easy to do lots of attractions.
I particularly liked the Transformers attraction and the Mummy Revenge. The park is very suitable for children.
The price of admission to the park remains excessive for the attractions on offer when compared with those in other countries, but it's still worth visiting for the originality of its choice of universal themes.

I loved the observation dek and cloud forest. I also loved the fact that I could take my own time to navigate the options provided. So there was no rush. The staff at the observation dek we very friend that added to the experience. A nice time snd friendly voice goes a long way when you are away from.your home country.

The flowers at "Flowe Dome" are a spectacle, if you are lucky you will also get free tousr by students explaining characteristics of various flowers, going up to the Marina Bay observation deck is also fun, even if you don't have access to the whole terrace you can have breathtaking views.

A pro tip for future visitors is to carry enough sun protection, wear light clothes, and most importantly, if you're not buying the express pass, install the USS app to get real-time queue info and plan your rides accordingly, as the wait time for some rides is 2 hours.

We got to the top of the platform super quickly, having bought our tickets online beforehand and got in line.
It didn't even take 10 minutes and we could already get in.
The trick was that we were only 2 people, the others were a whole bus group.
They had to let us to the front because the staff let the exact number of people into the elevator.
The view is indescribably beautiful, the pleasant wind and for the little hunger and thirst you can also get something for little money.

Ticketing experience was bit of frustrating initially as we did not get the ticket even before previous day of the event. However Headout team made sure that we get the ticket on the early morning of the event date

Enjoyed the Roller coaster. While entering the Universal studios gates at about 10.00am, we were told that our tickets were already use by someone else at 09.30. We had to wait for 1 hour to communicate with Headout representatives and get new tickets to enter. We do not understand how anyone can use our tickets. We came to know later that similar incidents happened to others who had booked thorugh Headout.

We had a lovely day at the park; however, the tickets did not arrive within the promised time (one hour). This caused quite a bit of stress, as we were planning to visit the park the following morning. Because of this, I recommend purchasing tickets directly from the park’s official website.

We bought the ticket last April 17 but received a confirmation ticket on the day April 20, delayed... but its ok what matter is the memories we had together with the people you cared about. We enjoyed going around the Universal Studio. Thank you!

We had the express pass but had to use our phone...other people had cards that could be stamped but staff said we couldn't get them as we booked online...we had to keep going back and forward to the lockers with our phones ....very annoying and a waste of time....

It's the most economical way to get into universal studio and gardens by the bay. Both places are simply amazing.
However, I don't like the ticketing system because I need to download the app just to view the ticket and I cannot share it with my group members. Thankfully after contacting customer service they sent me a PDF version of the ticket that I can freely distribute among my group.

Honestly, for such a high-standard amusement park, the lack of healthy or even just DECENT food options is unbelievable. It’s hard to imagine that it would be so costly or complicated to offer fresh options like freshly made sandwiches, crepes, pizza slices, fresh wraps... simple kiosks! Instead, all that’s available is pre-cooked, GMO-laden, overly sugary, fried food — it’s truly disappointing . Offering wholesome, fresh choices should be a basic standard, not an exception. Impossible to believe this has been overlooked!
