Universal Studios Singapore is an absolute blast! The rides are exciting, especially Transformers, Revenge of the Mummy, and Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure. The park is well-organized, with plenty of attractions for all ages—perfect for families and thrill-seekers alike. The Hollywood and Sci-Fi City zones are a treat for movie lovers, and the character meet-and-greets add a magical touch. The park is clean, staff are friendly, and there are lots of food options. Make sure to visit on a weekday to avoid long lines. Overall, a fantastic experience and a must-visit when in Singapore!

This was the first time we tried booking through Headout and it was a trouble-free experience, all we needed to do was show the QR code tickets at the entrance. Not quite sure why 1 or 2 other reviews had unpleasant experiences but ours was smooth as silk. Enjoyed Universal Studios from morning to evening. Most suitable for older kids who know and appreciate the movies. Mix of mild to adrenaline-pumping rides, so one must choose carefully what is suitable.

The chat was attempting to be helpful but saying refer to website is bit annoying, if the answers were on the site we wudnt ask the questions, so the cliche suppprt but not actually answering is contradictory to support, thanks for asking - honest response.

easy to book but a bit overpriced but it's an expensive place however easy to use app and although pricey the tickets where competitively priced enjoyed the experience as a one off

Very easy purchase and ticketing. There is a special queue for Express Pass holders at the entrance to the park to avoid the main queues, and the pass is worth the cost as some rides are 90mins wait. Get in early and ride the popular rides first without the express pass, and then use the express pass later when the queues are crazy. Is seamless with the app based tickets.

I really enjoyed at USS, The staff all very friendly and helpful. I love the Transfomer ride. The human ride and cyclon ride was very scary but I was enjoyed. The Jurassic world, The Dinosaurs look like real. The way the staff entertained us was nice. The most wonderful place I enjoyed is Disneyland. Overall I enjoyed u guys should go there and enjoy. But be ready for Queue for all the ride minimum 45minutes maximum I don't know 😂.

Entire experience, from ticketing to enjoying the rides and shows was stressfree and easy. For the first time in a theme park we enjoyed so many rides , a complete family entertainment. Must visit.

We had a great time at the venues. We did not like that we had to open a pdf to scan barcodes. Better if they were tickets you could add to an Apple wallet.

Universal Studio was year end visit in singapore in 2024. Fully loaded of entertainment and Enjoyment. FULL ONE DAY IS NOT ENOUGH FOR GETS EVERYTHING COMPLETED. With friends and family can enjoy a lot as per their convenient. Yes, It's expensive studio. However, surely try for once.

All rides are ok and we enjoyed here lot.But in the rides line here is long que,this is not much good experience with us.Need to develop fast que management.

The ticketing experience using headout was great . It helped me to enter the attraction directly using the QR code provided and no need to wait in line to purchase tickets . The tickets purchased through headout also had discounted pricing when compared to spot booking at attraction or when attractions are booked separately via their individual websites. All the QR codes can be shown via mobile (paperless) through the headout app and printouts are not required

I liked the attraction site. Spent a great day there. The experience with tickets was a little hassle, as it needed to be validated first to enter the theme park.

I did not like the venue and felt it was overpriced Flower gardens-just some artificial stuffy dome Cloud forrest far less impressive then free inChangi airport I then buy a Christmas pass and stayed for the light show I didn't think that the flower dome was very interesting I did like Monet show, but I have seen this before in as a city. The venue here had really strong wet carpet smelll Overall, my recommendation would be skip this 2 paid attraction and enjoy light show from the park or buy $ 11 pass to be close to the trees diring light show

The experience was great. The park is small. The additional front of queue pass was unnecessary due not busy. The characters' meet and greets were a fabulous highlight. The food was good too - had the mushroom burger for lunch - it was nice.

The view was amazing. We enjoyed the Big Bus tour through the skyscrapers (until the rains came). This allowed us to finish the tour.

Booking tickets in head out made simple and hassle free entry. It saved some money. Kids had super fun in all theme rides and it was a thrilling experience to them

So easy to book and received the e tickets with no issues on my phone. The gardens by the bay are fabulous especially if you go late on in the day and stay for the sound and light show. It was the highlight. Views from the observation deck of Marina Bay Sands were spectacular.

Great to see both the gardens and the Marina Bay Sands. Really liked that the Garden tickets were valid for a month so we could visit the parts we missed on days one. The information could be a bit clearer that the supertree skywalk and observation deck are not included- we had to buy separate tickets for that.
