Gardens by the Bay, the flower Dome and the cloud forest were very good. The sea Aquarium were very interresting. Love it.

Thanks to the combi-ticket, we were able to go everywhere and plan our day in a relaxed manner. Tickets are a bit expensive, but a must if you are in Singapore.

We had a spectacular experience at the universal studio Singapore the attractions were great. Our visit was very enjoyable

The views are amazing and it's fast to get to the top. Very hot as expected though and unfortunately nowhere at the top to get a drink and escape the heat. You can only look through the window at a residents lounge. A real shame.As a result we had to come down a lot quicker than expected.

We had a wonderful day at Universal Studios. Loved every bit of the experience. They really took good care of us and helped us as we had our mom on wheelchair. Special treatment given to the elders touched our hearts 💕.

I was travelling with a six year old child and could not go on any of the rides that had minimum height requirements and I understand the safety resons other then that the experience was memorable for my family. Only issue was that my ticket was not recognised as skip the line ticket and had to wait for more than an hour for the rides and it was painstaking as I had to carry my child most of the time.

Hi, we were advised by guest services to redeem the ticket for USS at the self-service kiosk, upon attempting to redeem the kiosk was out of paper, and therefore had to line up for an extended period of time at guest services to redeem our ticket. If the self-service kiosk was manned then paper could have been replenished and the ticket could have been redeemed quickly and resolved expedited. A disappointing experience and consequently cost time at USS.

We loved the Gardens by the Bay. We visited 10 years ago and the development of the main attractions is just incredible. Being inside temperature controlled areas is a bonus in Singapore. The Cloud Tree and the Floral Fantasy were the best

Marina Bay sands was great. Got there early but still has to queue and it took a while to validate my ticket. Flowers by the Bay were impressive but didn't include the sky walk or observatory so I paid separately to walk on the sky walk. Not an issue but it could have been if the trees had been busy.

priviledged view, but the roof terrace space very hot making it a quick trip, quick + expensive. staff treatment + tidiness all very good.

HUMAN GALACTICA, TRANSFORMERS, PUSS IN BOOTS ADVENTURE, JURASSIC WORLD Very nice experience we had. We will come back fof sure some other time. 1 day is not enough to experience the greatness of the USS.

Mostly all is really great the only one I'm regret it's the hygiene of the siting chair . Mostly got very bad smell specially after Indian tourists use it . So pls tel them to more aware on the hygiene we paid expensive ticket but after play feeling like vomit

The unlimited express ticket was the best choice since we only had one day there and not queueing up was very satisfying .

We found the whole experience very good. From the viewing of the many deals, to the directions on how to get to the attractions and the paperless transactions/tickets.

We really enjoyed all of the attractions with special mention of the waterworld live action show and Transformers ride. Headout made it very convenient to book the tickets to USS. However, remember to collect the actual ticket from the USS ticket counter at the left side of the entrance by showing the Headout barcode.

How to redeem ticket was not clear. I went to turnstile directly and then they said I need to visit guest service counter to collect tickets by showing headout qr codes.

I went as a solotraveler and loved it. You can skip queue's with the single rider lines. You can also rent lockers 1 hour for free before an attraction.

Mixed reactions actually...good thing was the crowd...it was not too crowded making the waiting time for each ride not too long..apart from that all the rides were awesome as expected..eateries were plenty..what we didn't enjoy was the weather (it was out of anybody's control)..it was out of the ordinary hot...but most importantly my kids enjoyed their time there and that says it all...

The view was spectacular and I'm glad I went. The only issue was that the ticket instructions suggest a time reservation was needed, but the link to do so is either dysfunctional or Marina Bay Sands has moved to a first come first serve basis. Have a look into that and the service would be fantastic.

Easy booking process with good communication and confirmation details. Well organised queuing process. Great area on the deck to view the city and surroundings. Shame the restaurant/bar area wasn't open when we were there ( before 4pm). Despite the promise of digital photos as part of the package via a link and code, we were unable to access the photo. I'm still awaiting a response from my attempt to resolve this.
