Contacted team in regards to wrong ticket and asked for a refund as had to buy new one with the coach driver. I was told they were looking into it days ago but haven't heard back.

Everything went smoothly from the booking to the pick up point, however the bus was a little late leaving the airport but early to arrive in Prague. I would use again and we recommend this service.

Great service from airport to Prague bus station on time and easy to use

I booked for 11:30 a.m. but the tickets were for the next 12:30 p.m. ride, so I had to pay for the tickets again in order to get on the bus. That doesn't seem fair to me.

The reservation was made for 16:30 and the tickets were issued for 17:30, so we had to make the trip with another alternative.

I got a ticket to Prague Florenc to Prague Airport, they sent me wrong a ticket with a wrong timetable (1 hour later so I was gonna miss my flight), and the bus driver was really rude to me when I explained him the situation, even when in the email body the time was OK. At first, he told me the bus was full, which was not true. He eventually let me take the bus, but everything was really unpleasant.

Fine bus connection between Florence Prague and the airport. Driver was a bit reckless, but otherwise well taken care of.
