The only thing I would change is that even if you buy the ticket online when you get to the park you have to wait in line just like the people who go to buy tickets there to get a paper ticket, I think it would not be necessary to take the QR, you could avoid the wait. About the park, it is curious because it is mostly covered and has many bathrooms everywhere. The only thing I did not like was the house of terror, which is lousy, plus you have to buy a separate ticket, you can not visit it with the park entrance. The 2000 won was a bad investment. Otherwise everything was fine.

It was cool to wear a school uniform and magic Island was very nice. The ghost train was also very well maintained which I miss in some German parks.

The park is great, there's so much attractions, and the waiting line wasn't too long, sometime is was even quite short. There's some really thrilling attractions !

Nice all rides, attractions, food shops, outdoor indoor activitoes. Parade also very wonderful performance. Shouldnot miss. Ourdoor magic world is so amazing with free fall rides and spin and rotery rides. Sadly no time to que some rides. All are great attraction and rides. Compare to Singapore USS, can feel something different special taste. I love it. Recommand not to miss to visit theme park when you visit to Seoul.

Easy to get the tickets and had an amazing day at Lotte World. So glad that I could pay with Google pay, because I lost my credit card.

I enjoyed all the attractions, but particularly the Pharaoh's Fury.

It was crowded and too hot , hopfully we can visit in other season which less crowed

Very simple and easy to exchange for entry ticket, rate is cheaper as compared to purchase from the theme park directly.

It was enjoyable and there were a lot of fun rides and nice food venues. It was very overcrowded though and difficult to navigate inside the theme park. Definitely need either better maps or better signage to help people find specific rides/attractions.

Huge place with multiple attractions for young and old. It was pleasant and everything is done to make your stay unique. In the evening it's even brighter, making the place even more magical.

I loved everything ! It was more awesome than I expected. There are enough food places for everyone and very diversified. Everything was well organised. I loved the 2 horror attractions. We had so much fun. I loved so much the shows at the end of th day (the dracula show and especially the horror show) I will come back again when Christhmas decorations will be made.

Unforgettable! There were beautiful parades. The park is manageable but plenty for young and old. It is very clean and organized.

Awesome that we don't need to queue for the tickets but only good because there's no instruction where to go... like B2, we had to ask where it is.

Good park with good rides. The universe is cool and there is a lot of things to do. It's not too big so it's easy to find our way.

The train was great and cheap, we just had a hard time finding it. They need more and better signs in the terminal showing how to get to the train.
